Amazing Kerala trip - We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our travel guide Mr Satish Kumar during our trip to Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, and Kovalam. He is an elderly gentleman who is extremely well-mannered, humble, and kind-hearted. From the very first day, he treated us with great respect and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. He was always punctual and very patient. No matter how long the drive was or how many stops we wanted to make, he never showed any irritation. He drove very safely and smoothly, which made our long journeys relaxing and stress-free. His calm nature and polite behavior truly stood out. One of the best parts was that he helped us a lot with local communication. Since we were not familiar with Malayalam, he spoke to local people on our behalf, helped us understand directions, explained places, and even assisted us while shopping and ordering food. Because of him, everything became easy and convenient for us. He always made sure we were comfortable — whether it was suggesting good places to visit, helping with luggage, guiding us at tourist spots, or checking if we had eaten properly. He genuinely cared for us like a family member. By the end of the trip, he felt less like a driver and more like a friend and a trusted companion. Our Kerala trip became extra special because of his kindness, honesty, and supportive nature. We truly appreciate all his efforts and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Kerala who wants a safe, smooth, and friendly travel experience.

Very good experience - We went with Abhilesh and he was really friendly. Very accommodating. We wanted to stop at a few places en-route and he kindly hosted for us. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for transport around especially with family.

Best Munnar Trip - We chose Neo travels for our trip from Cochin International Airport to Munnar and Abhilash was the one who drove us to various spots. I would recommend Neo travels for any trips within Kerala. I think they support many other places too and they have travel packages to Dubai too.. Our entire family liked Abhilash as he was a friendly, responsible person and has a good attitude too.
