Great tour of Bern - Our guide, Martin, was extraordinary. We were interested in the history and culture of Bern and Switzerland and Martin brought it all to life for us. He showed us all the highlights of Bern, regaled us with the historical background of Switzerland, and explained how the government was organized in modern times . He met us in our hotel on time, and our tour was paced appropriately for our ability. We highly recommend Martin .

Enjoyable Walk - Charming guide-Juan although not a Bern native he was well informed.
He was punctual and was happy to tailor make the tour to accommodate our wishes as opposed to reading from a preprepared script.

Very disappointed - We were very disappointed with our experience.
Our guide ( Ana) was 15 min late, did not speak much English or German. She provided almost no information about the city or the sights, did not know basic facts, history or any local legends or stories. It was a waste of 2 hours just aimlessly walking around
