Buses depart every 10-15 minutes and provide multilingual audio commentary inside for an informative ride. The closest stop to the Icebar is stop number 8, Rotes Rathaus/Alexanderplatz (Spandauer Str / Rathausstraße), from where you can find the Icebar within just 450 meters.

The Icebar provides a unique experience, where everything including the glass you sip drink from, is made purely of ice! The price not only covers your entry but also provides you with three free tokens to exchange for drinks.

Well worth doing - This was a really good deal for two things in Berlin that are well worth doing. Everything worked as it should, and everyone was very helpful.

Great experience! - Both experiences were amazing. The bus goes around all the main points of the city and you can appreciate all the history of the city. Ice Bar was a different experience as there are no other places like this in the city. They gave us 3 drinks per person and we laughed a lot on the tour. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic service - lovely helpful staff throughout - We had a short stay in Berlin and bought some tickets for the bus tour. The staff were lovely including one guy who ran after us as he thought we were lost because we were studying their map. There are 2 bus routes and when on the second bus route I thought I had lost my phone on the first bus. I spoke to the driver in very bad German, as I was panicking. He was lovely and called control to see if it had been handed in. He then advised us to go to the Ice Bar, we assumed because they spoke English! The staff there were incredibly sympathetic and helpful - we spoke to the friendly receptionist and helpful boss, who contacted everyone to check the buses immediately and advised us to call back later. After a couple of hours of retracing our steps and lots of panicking - we discovered when we got back to our hotel that I had left my phone there. I was very relieved but was so grateful to all the staff on the buses and Ice Bar for their empathy and helpful attitudes. All were fantastic. Vielen vielen dank. You are all a credit to Berlin - a lovely city with lovely friendly people.

Weekend Trip enhanced with 2 Day Ticket - have used red bus tours in many cities now, all have given a quick insight into the major attractions from the comfort of a seat, allows you then to decide which attraction you wish to spend more time at. good value for money. Informative

Had a great time, highly recommend! - Great service, friendly staff and great views! Would recommend the Hop on Hop off bus as a great way to see Berlin. Be prepared though, the entire route is @2.5 hours long!

Good sights… but bad timing. - The route was amazing and lots of good sights. Although it took around 45 minutes at one of the stops just to move on… would recommend if you have time to spare

good day but don't expect too much - I booked this excursion via Viator however when we tried to get on the bus we had to argue that we had purchased the tickets because bus driver was asking us to pay again, so I think you need to educate your bus drivers that the hop on hop off bus tickets can be purchase from various venues. The ice bar was good but small and although you have drinks included you only get 1 cocktail so a little mis leading. It was a good day but a little disappointing.

Bar great Bus not so much - Icebar was really fun. Well organised as different. The bus was a disappointment. The first bus was broken down and we had to wait for half an hour. The 'headphones' did not work all of the time. We hopped off and wnt to get back on a couple of hours later we had to wait another half hour...

Disappointing all round - Having used City Sightseeing in lots of other cities I was very disappointed by the experience in Berlin. The wait between buses was awful, instances where we waited over 45mins. Then on the bus many of the audio outputs were not working. We ended up taking a taxi!!! ICE-BAR-BERLIN was OK but again have been to better. Too full for size and no non-alcoholic options in ice bar.

Disappointment - The roof of the bus leaked. Out entire family was soaked. The first bus didn't have enough seats so the children were left standing with no where to hear thr tour.
