Berlin without the pain of walking everywhere - It was such a wonderful awe-inspiring trip. The coach drivers were friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely way to see so much of Berlin in the short time we were there.

Get oriented to learn more - Berlin - This Hop On Hop Off bus is a good way to get oriented to Berlin. We did this right when we arrived. So, we were tired, but it is a good way to get an orientation of the city and to learn where you want to spend more time. It is an overview / tourist highlights. It is not in-depth for any one stop.

Worthwhile - Interesting and worth the money. Good for getting about and you can get off at all the sights. Amazing buildings.comfortable and regular buses. A great way to see Berlin or any city.

Sightseeing the easy way. - Took the 2 routes to see the sights around Berlin. You can get to see all, and if you want to explore, you just get off, explore then get on another bus on the same route. Excellent views from the top of an open topped bus, if the weather is good, well worth the money to see the sights.

Red & Green eoutes - Very interesting but seats on top bus very uncomfortable. Background music on commentary was really annoying. All your representative were lovely.

Overbooked - underinformed - This type of bus ride is always an experience. However, ours was overcrowded (even standing room downstairs). It was only after a few stops that something became free. The information is poor and not very up-to-date, e.g. City Palace. There could be a lot more to say about the traffic, as the bus sometimes moves slowly. Once you finally sit down at the top, everything is of course quickly fine again.

Good route, annoying audio guide - Good route, friendly and helpful staff, but the audio was extremely annoying. One voice trying to explain things, the mocking him and making stupid jokes.

Just very ‘meh’. Massively overpriced. - Maybe we expected too much from this. We were expecting stories about the Cold War , life in Berlin during it etc. instead it was just ‘there’s a neon cola sign that was used in the movies’, ‘there’s a s-bahn station that we recommend going in’. Etc. very little information, lots of stops. Just very ‘meh’. Cost us over £50 for very very little. Sorry.

Don't waste your time - It took forever to get a bus!! We waited over 45 minutes for a bus to come - always being told "your bus is on the way." When one finally did come, it was completely full and we couldn't get on. We walked to stop 1 to see if that would make a difference. The bus was there but the driver was on break having his currywurst. Another 15 minutes waiting on him to finish. Other bus companies were running perfectly with plenty of seating. This bus company wasted what precious little time we had to see Berlin. Pick another hop on hop off bus company if you want to enjoy your day seeing Berlin.

You will be waiting a while - Mediocre at best. Stops out of service with no updates. Each sale person will tell you the bus is 10 minutes away….lies. Expect to wait at least 30-40mins. The other companies buses will pass by you at least twice. I had a similar experience in Seville with the same company, should have learnt my lesson then.
