Berlin is changing again and you should experience it - After Corona, this city tour also had difficulties getting back up and running. But it's done. With a few small changes things are really getting going again as tourists are coming to Berlin again. You can decide for yourself whether you want to take it for 2 days or 4 days, or even take the boat trip as well. Prices are rising here too, so you have to pocket more money. The ticket sellers can be recognized with their yellow clothing. Or you can order the ticket online. Berlin is changing everywhere, new houses and buildings are being torn down, new cafés are opening, and some restaurants are closing again. If you walk along the wall where a white high-rise building was built, a new café has opened downstairs, very worth seeing inside, coolly decorated.

Wonderful - This bus trip covers all of the top attractions and made plenty of stops. The headphones allow you to listen in multiple languages, and the stops are convenient to walk to other places.

Worth it 👌🏻 - Worth buying the 2-day pass. I went for the full ride on day 1 and then selected my stops on day 2. They cover all the right places... it is also means of transportation 👍🏻

Bd careful - Generally good experience. However, be careful because when closing time comes your tour ends at the bus station regardless and you may nit be near your next destination.

It's okay - We did the tour around and got off at certain stops, the audio struggled Alot, and was off and on. Be aware that the bus stops at 5pm and it stops at whatever stop number it comes to at that time. We was miles away from our number stop, so we had to get a taxi back as it was to far to walk.

Little information about Berlin - Not recommended, little information on the bus. We have done many city trips, this bus was the one with the least information that we have experienced. It's a real shame, as there is so much to tell and discover.

Difficult Redemption Process - The ticket redemption process is very unclear and they do not run during all advertised hours. Also, while the bus runs 7 days a week, if you need assistance on a weekend, you are out of luck.

Worst hop on hop off ever - Worst experience ever. The driver was rude. Didnt give out headsets or ask if we wanted one. Sisnt validaye our tickets. We got off once and never saw them again. The Red bus driver saw we were stranded and let all 4 of us ride back free. She never asked for a dime. Called City and they told us tough luck. Im going to cost them a lot more than we paid. I will review them on every single site I can locate and report them to the german tourism board. They were awful!!

Avoid at all costs! Incompetent driver of City Circle bus # 4 - Myself and my disabled elderly mother were waiting at the Brandenburg Gate to rejoin the bus. At 15.05 on Friday 01 December. There was a red bus in front at the stop and the yellow City Circle bus (number 4) waited in the middle of the road. Then he just drove off without coming closer to the bus stop where we were waiting patiently!!! He must have seen us. Or is blind. You should ensure all your drivers are competent! There is no way he was thinking it would be ok to walk into the middle lane of a 3 lane road in order to get on the bus! It's -7 degrees today. My mother is in a wheelchair!
