Hugo was wonderful! We... - Hugo was wonderful! We saw a lot of Berlin but the best part was learning about the culture of the area. He asked for what we wanted to see then made an effort to make sure we were happy. I would strongly recommend the tour and Hugo!

Unique sightseeing experience - Hugo was very knowledgeable and made our trip a very pleasant experience. He took us to all the major points of interest, gave us time to take photos and see the sights as we wanted. He also took several photos of us along the way. Fun experience!

This is a must do - We had the best time. We were party of 7 and we had 3 rickshaws. The drivers were great fun and would highly recommend to everyone. Was a great way to see the sights

Unique & wonderful!! - The uniqueness and adventure. The driver was delightful. We got a totally different view of Berlin than you get from a bus window with the exhaustion of a walking tour.

Great to do as an ice breaker to Berlin. - Absolutely awesome. Loved the ride (very comfortable), felt safe the whole time and the commentary in English was excellent.
They were a little late however they were excellent in communication.

A chill tour of Berlin - Leo was fantastic, we both had injuries post marathon one from running and the other from a bike accident and so we cancelled the walking tour to explore Berlin in a way that is crutch friendly. Anyway, he was completely understanding about our new predicament and showed us all the main sights on wheels, took photos and played great music. He covered the most important historical areas and even took us to come surrounding places where locals hangout. He also help my friend get some bubble wrap that she needed since we could not walk to the post office. In a nutshell, Leo was a an experienced driver, shared great historical points, speaks good English and we appreciated the ride through history. We would book with him again!

No show. No tour. Very disappointing. - The Guide never showed up. We waited in the rain for about 45 minutes. It was very disappointing because one of us had a mobility issue and we thought this would be a great solution.

Don’t book this tour. No show tour operator. - Booked the tour, paid the money, and never heard from the operator despite phone calls, text messages and communication attempts through the Viator app and staff. They didn’t respond to Viator either. We should have trusted the reviews that said the operator never showed up. Like the others, we are now working through a 3 day process to get our money back. Viator has been a trusted source for us in many countries for quality operators. This was a disappointment for our entire family as we only had one day in Berlin and were very much looking forward to seeing all the sites efficiently and with a guide.

Do not take a service from this "tour operator" - I really don't understand why Viator works with this "tour operator". Tour was cancelled due to "weather conditions", but the weather was fine and it was because I could not change the time of the tour. I will write Viator with the details; if they really care about customer service, they should not work with this "operator" anymore
