Cycling through history - Fourteen miles of leisurely bike riding through town and parks, much of it along the path of the former Berlin Wall, and a journey through German history pre and post WWII. Simon did a fine job of storytelling and setting a relaxing tone.

Great trip! - Great tour! Excellent history and stories with a great, knowledgeable guide and beautiful biking paths through the lovely town of Potsdam. We all took the train together from Alexanderplatz and then picked up bikes (and helmets) in Potsdam and then toured the town highlights with a stop for lunch where you could stroll the old Dutch quarter and find your own food. An absolute highlight of our trip to Berlin!

Sunday, May 22nd Potsdam tour with Ronan. - First of all, thank you to the wonderful employee that helped us out several days prior to our tour. We were walking by the shop, and saw 3 people sitting outside, chilling after a days work at Fat Tire Tours. The store was closed, but 1 gentleman answered several of our questions, and then even got us booked on this Sunday’s tour. Thank You! We arrived well in time for our 9:45am start. We met our guide, Ronan. He went over how this day was going to play out. Ronan was a great guide, start to finish. We took the train to the Potsdam train station, then got our bike from the next door parkade. That system worked great. We had a wonderful tour, far better than I had even hoped for. Ronan did a great job leading us around, and explaining to us what we were seeing. It was fascinating. My bike worked very well. Our early afternoon meal and drink break was perfect. I could go on and on how great the tour was. My wife had taken a tour with Fat Tire Tours, about 6yrs ago, and loved it. We returned our bikes to where we got them at the parkade, then Ronan got us all safely back to Alexanderplatz. We had a great time. I am certain that when we return to Berlin, we will make it a point to take another bike tour with Fat Tire Tours Berlin.
