Creative gimmickry - A friendly team that welcomes you.
It is varied and just beautiful.
I think it's great that it's something for every age. Especially for children museums are rather boring, which is absolutely not the case here. You can watch, touch and play anything.
Great souvenir photos have been taken. It was never boring.
The only thing that was a pity is that the only white edding was empty, that unfortunately we could not write on the wall.

Disappointment PUR - I expected more and became more than disappointed. For the money I paid, I could have had a decent dinner for the four of us. What disappointed me? Some rooms and attractions were broken. It is definitely not for adults and children over14! For smaller 6-12 quite interesting.

Poor Experience at Ikono Berlin - I bought 2 tickets for the Ikono Berlin experience with great expectations following the reviews on Trip Advisor and the advertisement of the experience on social media. However, we were beyond disappointed with our experience and requested a refund based on the following points listed below.
1. On entering the first room, two of the booths were cordoned off with no explanation of why. We were told in a reply to our refund request that these are for staff use only - so there are only two booths available for use. The other two booths contained a ball throwing game, of which both were not working, and a staff member had to switch both machines on and off multiple times, but still they did not function properly. The machines did not keep any scores and the clowns did not rise once they had been knocked down. Overall, disappointing.
2. The third room that contained four retro-style games also did not work correctly and we asked for help with these and the staff member also could not understand why the character controls were not functioning properly. Again, disappointing.
3. The fourth room with a camera light did seem to work in theory but captured little to nothing of the ‘light drawing’. The instructions were poor and with a limited number of attempts, the end pictures were all but unique.
4. The room with the cubes seemed very pointless with again, little if anything to actually do or experience other than capture pictures.
6. From there, arguably there was nothing to actually do in any of these ‘immersive experiences’. Lanterns hanging from the ceiling, foil balloons on the floor of a room, padded floors in another room, confetti on the floor of another room…we’re unsure of what the immersive experience actually was.
We were told this experience would last between 60-90 minutes and we were complete in less than half an hour feeling nothing but disappointment having wasted not only our time, but our money. This is an extremely overpriced ‘experience’ that we did not believe matched what was advertised.
We reported our disappointment to the frontline staff and they informed us that we could not get our money back and instead offered us a coupon to return as they understood our concerns. Firstly, the fact that they understood our concerns indicated that they agreed with our negative experience. At this point, one of the staff members could not even look at us because they completely agreed and they appeared to be embarrassed by what we had paid for. Secondly, offering us a coupon also indicated that the staff appreciated that we were correct and were entitled to compensation. However, we would not wish to return even if everything was working correctly as this experience is certainly not worth €24 per person.
For these reasons stated above, we requested a refund of the €48 we paid, but we were refused this via email and now the company are no longer responding to my emails. I explained in my last email to them that I would like to warn others of this terrible experience and urge adults and children to avoid this place and look elsewhere as Berlin has so much more to offer.

IKON(O)isch in bad shape - The condition of the “attractions” is unfortunately very bad. Most of it doesn't work properly. The ambience is partly broken. Staff are nice.

Disappointment - Full of anticipation in, with pure disappointment out again. Far too expensive.
Tinsel, hanging lamps and balloons on the floor
