Gourmet Bliss - Alex was a great tour guide. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. He knows Germany history very well. The sample portions were a good size. I felt very full after the tour. I highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful food tour with a great guide. - Had a fantastic tour with Alex today. He showed us an authentic side of the local Berlin food scene which was absolutely delicious and which we would have totally missed otherwise. The tour is enhanced greatly by Alex's generosity in sharing the cultural and historical context of the neighbourhood and the city as a whole. Would highly recommend Walk With Us Tours. Great day exploring Berlin - Alex hosted us on the food walking tour. We only have 2 days in Berlin and it was the perfect way to spend an afternoon exploring, learning, eating and drinking. The tour was structured really well and Alex was super knowledgeable. There was also plenty of food and we would highly recommend.

A gourmet tour of food styles and history in Berlin from the old to the new. - This was my first ever food tour and I couldn't have chosen a better one.
It was such a great afternoon in the Prenzlauer Berg area of Berlin with Alex from Walk With Us Tours.
I have been in Berlin quite a few times before, but I have never come across the interesting and hidden food stops that we went to on this tour.
The gourmet food tour started out with the old, traditional food of Berlin in a local authentic restaurant with so much history. The following stops became a journey in food styles, right up to the modern day - all of it local, fresh and extremely tasty.
The local wine and beers we had were very good too.
The tour was also full of excellent storytelling about culinary traditions and the history of Berlin from a personal family perspective.
I would recommend this to any food lovers visiting Berlin who want to do a tour with a difference.

More Than Just Food: A Cultural and Culinary Adventure - I recently took the Berlin Gourmet Food & Cultural Walking Tour and I had a great time! Our guide, Alex, wasn't just knowledgeable about the city, he was a passionate storyteller who brought Berlin's history and culture to life. The food selection was fantastic! It wasn't just about the taste (although everything was delicious!), but also about understanding the stories behind each dish and its connection to Berlin's culinary landscape. I would recommend this tour who wants to move beyond the hype and experience the real Berlin far from the overcrowded tourist traps.

Great tour - This food tour is different from most. It is a history class of food. Old to new. It was few food stops but they were a higher quality. I really enjoyed the food and walk around the neighborhood. We were able to buy a number of food gifts to bring back home. Alex was a great guide. Very personable and friendly. Also very knowledgeable about the food scene, old and new.

Even better than expected! Can't wait to go on another tour! - This was a wonderful tour, led by Alex, a smart, funny and experienced guide, who showed us and shared the best of the Prenzlauer Berg district. We would highly recommend Alex and his company, and we look forward to coming back to Berlin (for the beer tour)!
