Great fun - Great fun and you get to take away a goody bag of all the chocolates you have made. We went as two adults and two kids. The workshop included making bars (with flavours and fruit/nuts), dipped fruit, truffles and a hot chocolate stick. The chocolate itself is also good quality. Would recommend.

Lovely hour in the heart of Windsor xx - Had a gorgeous hour making several chocolates and bars with my ten year old son. It was just lovely doing something a little different in the hart of Windsor with him 1-2-1. Life can be so busy and we normally tag along to days out with family and friends, so just nice being the two of us. The lady who took our work shop was really informative and went at our pace . Admittedly it was a little pricy so will only be a one off for us but , we took home two lovely bags full of treats so I really can not moan . . Thank you x x

Simply Amazing Thank You - The chocolatier factory was simply amazing, the chocolate was so rich in flavour and a reasonable prize, it was a unique and sensationally experience. They also have amazing customer service we were stuck in Windsor and they helped us unconditionally. We are planning on booking it for my brothers birthday party and would highly recommended it to anyone who wants great hospitality and amazing chocolate. We made 3 chocolate bars with unlimited topping so if your in the area please take a look for yourself.

Embrace it, have fun and love it - What a great place to visit and do the workshop. We had no idea what we were going to do other than create some chocolate! What a great experience, the guys who looked after us were fantastic; the knew their stuff and guided us. They focused on the desire of the customer. Whilst we were there, a lady and her two daughters were setting up a party and they did not suffer any lack of attention because we were there; the guys expertly divided their time between us and them. Having tried the chocolate since we got home, it was delicious.

Lovely Experience - A great Christmas present for a friend. We arrived over an hour early but were accommodated by the incredibly friendly staff. The workshop was a lot of fun, just the two of us and our instructor. We enjoyed a lovely hot chocolate in the cafe upstairs whilst waiting for our creations to cool and be packaged up for us. My only - minor - criticism would be that the three chocolate bars were all put into one cellophane package whereas when I did a similar workshop elsewhere, each bar was packaged separately so no potential cross contamination.

Positives and negatives - Negatives: we did not have the warmest/friendliest leader for our workshop and the description is slightly misleading as the only specialist chocolatier decorating techniques was marbling which we weren't taught but tried ourselves, which was mildly disappointing. We also felt incredibly rushed through the workshop, with our leader taking over from us and completing the task at times herself without us asking or wanting that. At the start of each task she would suggest things we could do (e.g. adding salt to our caramel) but then would rush us through, take over and leave us without the option. I do understand time constraints but as we were the only two people in the workshop and were not being slow or talking, it was very unexpected and distracted from the experience. The other thing to mention is allergies. If you have nut allergies do ring in advance and tell them. I did this and reminded them on the day but our leader still kept the nuts on the table right next to me and said the only other person in the workshop could still take some and add to his chocolate if he wanted. He was stood very close (owing to the table sizes), with me in the middle between the nuts and his chocolates were right next to mine. He would have had to walk around me with the nuts and put it very close to my chocolate if he had used any. This was less than ideal and I think a tip would be for the company to have a better protocol and staff awareness in place. The other minor issue was our booking time slot was recorded incorrectly in their files but by calling in advance and checking this, the potential practical issue was avoided. The strong positive is that this business has a lot of potential, the chocolate was very tasty and it was something different to do. Don't go in with expectations, and keep open minded, then you should have fun.
