A lovely morning on the fjords - Lovely morning out on the fjords. The boat crew were very friendly. The boat felt very safe and comfortable. Lovely to get inside to warm up when the rain started, it was very cosy

Fjord cruise from Bergen - Hands down best experience of my life. The fjords were amazing the cruise was quite lovely and the weather turned out to be quite ok too. You experience so many different types of weather on the 2 hour cruise it’s unreal! The scenery is out of this world. I loved it.

Waterways of Bergen - Very nice cruise through the water ways north of Bergen. Weather wasn't the best, blankets were provided if you wanted to sit out on the deck.

Need more guide info - The fjord cruise was pleasant but was disappointed on not seeing waterfalls and not much information from cruise staff on what we were seeing.

Bergen, Alversund Streams - Pleasant and interesting excursion. Quiet and very slow navigation. The view of the Bryggen Hanseatic Pier is exciting. Fascinating Alversund Streams, but unfortunately the currents were not at all as strong as indicated in the excursion. The indication of the starting point of the boat is not well indicated.

Nothing special - Booked this through the Bergen Tourism website, the guy gave me a hard time trying to get on because I never got a ticket pdf, even though I showed him my confirmation email and proof of purchase. Got inside and it was raining hard so we didn't clearly see everything- they did give everyone a free drink to compensate for the lack of views. Boat ride wasn't anything special, not worth the price. I recommend skipping this one. Go for the Mostraumen cruise instead

Don’t Spend Your Money With These Peopke - The most memorable part of the cruise was when crew accused us of moving a “reserved” sign from the table (we did not) and forced us to move to seats that had no table. They did offer us a drink from the bar as if that would make up for their accusations and the lousy seats. Since it wouldn’t have, we chose not to accept. Aside from that, very little information was presented other than the names of some of the bridges we passed under. However, the people who sat at the “reserved” table got a lot of information and personal attention the rest of us didn’t. The cruise was also mis-titled as the Alversund Streams when in reality it is the Alversund Strait. All that aside, it was just a basic cruise and I couldn’t recommend it.

Horrible/ most boring cruise ever - I was looking extremely forward to going on this fjord cruise, however it did not turn out to be as so. As soon as we got on the cruise I noticed my seat not bolted down to the ground and that it was able to freely move and rock about the boat, which was not very pleasant. Later on in the cruise me and my mother got a coffee for it got quite cold on the ship, even though we were inside. There was no sign saying what they had or what was the prices for the food, so we just asked if they had coffee and ordered. We, however did not expect for the coffee to equal £5,00 each. The coffee was standard and was from a packet, they did not even offer milk with it, and served boiling hot coffee. The other thing is that the coffee did not even come with a lid!! Which was unbelievable, as the ship was rocking about and the coffee spilled everywhere! The second part was that, the cruise was utterly boring. It lasted for 3 hours, and there was barley no commentary and the scenery was most unpleasant. I found that by the end of it, I wished to never step a foot on a boat again. A third factor why the fjord cruise was as pleasurable, as presumed was the ramp to get on, it was not disabled friendly nor friendly to those of a wider build, as there was a couple that came on and had to practically squeeze themselves into a narrow space to climb on the vessel. On all the ships I’ve been on never have I seen that small of a ramp.fortunately the captain and the crew mate serving with him was kind and pleasant, but the barista on the kiosk was not, she spent most of her time on her phone and was very cold and unwelcoming to those who wished to buy any goods from her.
