We’ll start off the excursion with a comfortable meet-up at our office space, situated close to the city heart. Post that, we will proceed to Nina’s place, nestled in the core of Berat’s historical castle.
Upon your arrival at Nina’s abode, a warm greeting from our local host and master chef awaits you. The culinary session will commence with a short run-down about the recipes we are going to create. You’ll be provided with all essential ingredients and tools, and our master chef will assist you through each step of making it.
You’ll get the chance to whip up two or three indigenous Albanian dishes, based on your liking and time at hand. You can choose to prepare dishes like Tave Kosi (a lamb and yogurt casserole), Fërgesë (a typical Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese), or Byrek. Once the cooking part is all wrapped up, it’s time to settle down and relish the feast you’ve made! At Nina’s, we value imparting an amicable, inviting, and enlightening experience to our guests.
