BTM are a great tour operator - one of the best - Bentota Travel Mart are excellent. Customer service is among the best I have encountered in all of my travels around the world. The booking process was smooth, the driver was on time and very affable, the tour was well planned out, and we were all well taken care of from start to finish. We will be using BTM for all of our excursions in Sri Lanka. P.S. younger kids may not like the rain-forest itself due to a few creepy-crawlies (especially during heavy rains that bring them out in force)...but this is nothing that older kids and adults cannot handle for a once in a lifetime experience.
