Amazing experience. - It was well worth the effort to climb the stairs and reach the top of the Lion Rock. I wouldn’t say that I am a very fit person rather average but if you take it easy and stop whenever you need to stop on the way up, you can do it. Nothing compares with the feeling of reaching the top.. amazing views all the way to top and plenty of history too.

Amazing Day in Sigiriya - We had another day to remeber with BTM. our thrid excursion with BTM and Ishan did an amazing job for yet another day. It was so fun going up to the Sigiriya. Special guides were provided for both Sigiriya & Dambulla sies who gave all the historical infromation. Great Day Exploring Sigiriya Fortress & Dambulla Cave Temple - Sigiriya was one of the main things we wanted to do in Sri Lanka and we booked this tour with Bentota Travel Mart 3 months before we arrive. As we were told, We were informed the driver and vehicle details on the previous evening. picked up at 4am by Janith and he looked after us all day. Both Sigiriya Fortress and Dambulla Cave Temple both are amazing to see. Guides were ready in both places when we arrive and both guide were very knowledgeable and informative. It was long day, but 100% worth doing it. If you are travelling to Sri Lanka, Book with Bentota Travel Mart. you will be in safest hand.

Amazing - Astounding trip once in a lifetime experience One of my most favourite days here in Sri Lanka go with an experienced guide as there is so much information about this one eight wonder of the world!

Fab trip, lovely driver, wonderful company - We were really excited about this trip & delighted when it turned out that Dinesh would be our driver, as he’d driven us earlier in the week. Unfortunately, as we got loaded into the car, my elder daughter was taken ill & the difficult decision was made that she & I would stay behind & my husband & younger daughter would continue the journey. Dinesh took all of this in his stride & they went off and had a fabulous day. The sites were wonderful, the guides informative & the lunch tasty. Again, they really enjoyed the day with Dinesh’s careful driving and attentive chaperoning. The photos brought back bear witness to the fabulous time they had & the sheer scale and size of the sites. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, it was so touching to receive messages of support and offers of help from Sam at Bentota Travel Mart- I really appreciated this, in a tricky situation. Thanks very much to all for two fabulous tours.

Expectations exceeded! - It was a great trip that exceeded all expectations. Contact with the provider was easy via WhatsApp. The tour group actually only consisted of the two of us and a driver who spoke good English. The driver picked us both up in a fairly new Toyota and took us straight to Sigiriya. During the course of the trip he offered to stop at other places or take breaks if we wanted. A guide who spoke good English and a little German was waiting for us in Sigiriya and Dambulla. Everything just worked out.

Not to be missed - Another excelled tour organized by Travel Mart. Early pick up from the hotel and witnessed two Heritage sites of Sigiriy Fortress and Cave Temple. delicious lunch before heading back to the hotel. Thank you Travel Mart and Dinesh for driving us safely.

Epic Experience - the second day trip with BTM and another unforgeable day. early pick up from the hotel , bus could slept in the car and reach as early as 7.30am at Sigiriya. we were offered breakfast and lunch which both were included. as so rightly mentioned by Sam , morning was the best time climb the Sigiriya rock so can return before sun get to the middle, both Siriya & dambulla ar wonderful places and we were so amazed with the architecture , technology used in ancient times to build such massive units. two special guides were provided for each places, who shared the information & gave us clear picture of the history of them. if you book with the right tour operator , you will never be disappointed. super thanks to Bentota Travel Mart & sam for making our holiday so memorable.

A truly unforgettable experience. - This tour is a must do. We booked the tour with Sam, who was truly professional, he talked us through the day and kept us up-to-date with all of the information we needed via WhatsApp. The guide for the day, Dinesh, was brilliant - knowledgeable, courteous and all-round a great host. Despite the long day, Dinesh was always full of energy and enthusiasm which helped to make the day so memorable. Sigiriya is breathtaking, 200m tall and surrounded by beautiful gardens and pools. We arrived at around 8 am, before the majority of the crowds arrived - Dinesh provided us with cold water and a local guide, who talked us through the history of the site. The walk to the top is tough but enjoyable and there are lots of opportunities to stop for a break. Once at the top the views are breathtaking - a 360 view of the surrounding areas, amazing scenery. Dinesh then arranged for us to visit a local spice garden and workshop for handmade wooden cravings, both were really interesting and gave us an insight into some local businesses. After this, traveled to Dambulla via a local restaurant where we had a great lunch, the temple itself is situated in the hill with more steps to be climbed, beware you will need to have your knees and shoulders covered so bring the right clothing. Once we entered the temple, it is steeped in history and has some beautiful caves with some amazing statues inside of them. Overall we had a fantastic day, I would thoroughly recommend this tour and company! Thank you to Sam and Dinesh for organizing a truly unforgettable great day.
