Lakmal came to pick us up by tuk tuk at the hotel, we took the 2-day package and are delighted with the experience: consultation with the doctor to find out our doshas, 5 different massages: head, feet, back, body and face Followed by a 20 minute shirodhara every day and an inhalation Uditha took care of me on the 1st day and Lakmal gave me a personalized session on the 2nd day well suited to my body type and my weight loss goal: I had an extraordinary massage 🙌 Then we went to the pharmacy, wanting to apply the recommended treatment for 2 weeks after the treatments We had a nutritional plan adapted to our dominant dosha Great welcome!

Lakmal is the best.Super authentic Ayurveda Center in Bentota - Great five day with Bentota Ayurveda Center.I stay Taj Bentota three week.but i try to Ayurveda program in near taj bentota ayurveda center.but beginning is not professional center.but beginning i feel it's not professional.after i look tripadvisor.i found No one place in Bentota Ayurveda Center. They are running really professional Authentic Ayurveda program. beginning they are start ayurveda doctor consultation.after apporting to body type they select ayurveda treatments and my foods.it's really magical program.after five days i'm really satisfied and refreshing my body. They wellness program and illnesses program is super excellent.100% recommend this bentota Ayurveda center. Thank you everything Lakmal.you are the best.

No words to describe my gratitude!! I can do yoga AGAIN - While visiting Sri Lanka, never in a million years did I think I would come across an Ayurvedic center like Bentota Ayurvedic. From start to finish everything was beyond perfect. Before any treatment I was accessed by the Dr. She made a very accurate assessment regarding my body type and what issues I had dealt with in the past, this w/o me saying much of anything. I was only supposed to do one treatment, that changed fairly quickly. My first treatment was great, Shirodhara was like a self hypnosis. I was present yet my body felt out of space, hard to explain with one word. Upon treatment completion I was greeted with a herbal tea and after care instructions. Doctors recommendation helped so much, since I tend to have digestive issues during holidays( not this one) if anything I feel 10000 times better than my arrival. All of the above made me book 3 more treatments to include shirodhara, reiki, and several pancha karma treatments. My last day of treatment after completion, Lakmal asked me to return in the evening. He felt I needed further care to ensure my path to a successful healing. I am extremely glad I did. His care was beyond words! He did a full body lymph treatment, I was simply shocked with the flexibility I had during and after treatment. A year ago I had major knee surgery, which had reduced my mobility to 70%. I was for the 1st time after a year capable of bending my knee to touch my derrière and chin (TMI). I was in a state of peaceful and serenity after the treatment. So so much that I ended up canceling my flight to have one last session before departing home. Lakmal and the doctor's knowledge will for sure set anyone for a successful healing. Lakmal energy is extremely powerful yet very nurturing. The doctor's energy is very nurturing, I felt care and protected at all times. During my treatment with Lakmal I very safe, calm, and was able to fully relax. Him and the doctor continuously asked about my well being and were great respecting any boundaries. I must mentioned this is not my first Ayurvedic treatment, it will for sure be the only place I will visit moving forward. If you've read this far, this is only a sign for you to pay them a visit. I will mentioned if you want luxury, this is not the center for you. This is a center that will make you feel at home and ensure you are taken care off . A place feee of judgement, being a woman with insecurities, those flew out the window immediately. See you guys in a few months

Totally changed my life because of Ayurveda & Lakmal.I had so many healthy issues in my life last five years. now totally completely new person.i don't have any health issues now.all deleted in my life.specialy 100% credit goes to Lakmal.He made great Sacrifices for it.He is one of the best hearted and humanitarian person I have ever met in my life.this year I also do two week ayurveda detox package with Lakmal.it's great time in my life. Real doctors! - My mother and I visited this miracle salon in January 2024. The service was very professional, Dr. Lakmal and the other woman were real doctors, they explained everything and gave us pleasant tea. Mom took a one-day course and was prescribed medication for arthritis. Now I started taking it at home. Excellent service and professionalism. Since in Sri Lanka you still have to beware of unprofessionals and scammers, especially when it comes to health and body, it’s cool that this place was not very far from the hotel. Massage therapists know every point on the body. Even upon arriving home, the doctors asked how I was feeling. Thank you! I will recommend it to everyone who travels to Sri Lanka)
