Fun for all family of all ages - After reading many reviews about here and the other aqua park in Benidorm I decided to go here as family and our younger one is 6 and this sounded good for younger ones . Wow I wasn’t disappointed, it was fab for my 15 year and 17 year old and also me almost 40 years old. We arrived 3th September 2023 for our day here and it was so quite so we hopped on all the rides multi times it was such fun. They do charge for sun Lounge’s 5 euros we never got charged and I am glad as I don’t think fee for somewhere to sit is fair . I also wear glasses 🤓 and I was asked to remove the theses even When I was just sat in water watching my son play , I refused as obviously I need them to see and I wasn’t aware of the no glasses . You can pay 5 euros to water proof your phone but you aren’t allowed to take These on the slides to record so don’t water proof your phone at cost if that’s why you wants use it Food was decent and fair price I thought Taxis outside when we left so could jump straight in one and get back hotel easy Overall 10/10 fun for all the family highly recommend

Nice water park - Glad it was open in October. Good amount of thrill rides. Too many extra charges. Pay extra for floats which you don't need to. Pay extra for sunbeds but we were too busy on rides. We took our own lunch and drinks. Cost 10 euro in taxi each way or 5 euro parking. Good day out in nice weather. Worth a visit.

Good Hotel ,Food let it down. - Second time we visited the Rio Park Hotel Benidorm. This second visit was not as good as the first. The staff are very helpful and hard working. Hotel spotless and rooms excellent. The negatives the food was not as good ,we went full board . Cooked food very hit and miss. Cold on many occasions. Never saw the temp of the food checked , The salad bar was fine the deserts lovely but the mains disappointing. I am sue the hotel know about the issues as they now have 2 microwaves nest to the cooked food. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Average - Park is too small and far too busy. The flumes were ok but we spent far too much time in a queue. You have to turn up well before opening to be able to hire floaties for the flumes, that’s the only way to avoid having to wait for ages to get one at the bottom of the flumes. If you don’t turn up first thing then they will all have sold out and then you’re basically a second class citizen for the day, waiting in queues just to get a single turn on a flume, while those who managed to hire can just go straight on. It’s clearly another way of the park exploiting people for more money. Many strange rules including, no goggles allowed on flumes, no sun glasses in the pool, even in the shallow water for paddling, must wear a t shirt to get food, even though there are loads of people without t shirts on already eating food (it was 34 degrees). The park is in a pretty bad state and needs renovated, many dangerous places to slip at the main pool, not sure why something grippy hasn’t been put down yet. One of the slides is that rough it hurts your back sliding down it, where the joints on the flume are. The ground is not pleasant to walk on at all either. We only went here instead of Aqualandia, to try and go to somewhere a bit quieter, which wasn’t the case. The day out wasn’t the worst and we still had some fun, but definitely has a bunch of issues and things to make the park better and to make it more fair for everyone. Some of the staff were very friendly, however, the odd ones were just miserable and seemed to like to power trip. After paying about €150 for entrance tickets for a family, expect to pay for sun beds, floaties (if there’s any left), extortionate prices for food & drinks, locker hire etc … Nothing is affordable at Aqua Natura.

Rip off - I think paying to get in park a lot that’s fine then being told can’t brink in drink box to big then watched Spanish family bring in 6 smaller drink boxes ! Then having to pay for sun loungers bloody joke then water slides saying minimum height that ok when going on rides they then said have weight limit disgraceful the park geared up to take money money money cost me over €300 for family day out

Fun day but with some concerns - Took a long time to get in having paid via trip advisor there was nobody else in the queue when we arrived but all seemed a bit long winded… the kids loved the park itself which was quite clean and had good fun. The life guards seemed to just enjoy blowing their whistles with most people not even sure what it was for. They just tended to point.. The slide attendants seemed disinterested and on the snake slide I saw lots of kids slipping over at the top of the rides and it did not seem a safe way for them to enter the ride.

Extra charges - So many extra charges, between €5-€15 to rent a sun lounger. €6 to rent a rubber ring. €6 to rent a locker. The water park is good but the extra charges seem to be extreme

Give it a miss if you are even slightly overweight! They weigh you for suitability on some slides!! 🙈 - Me and my daughter were having great fun at this park until I went to go down a particular slide and the attendant asked me to stand on a set of scales, weighed me in front of everyone, said it wasn't possible for me to ride this particular slide and pointed to another! This is absolutely ridiculous to embarrass someone in such a way, I was absolutely mortified and wanted to leave the park immediately!
