Excellent tour and tour guide, highly recommend - Excellent tour! What a fascinating place, like walking through a time machine at times. Also the guide Nicolai was fantastic, very friendly and he was so interesting and informative about the history of Moldova and Transnistria. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Moldova.

Nicolai is the best! - Transnistria is a truly unique and fascinating place and Nicolai was the perfect guide. Crossing the border was seamless and stress-free and the whole experience felt very safe. Nicolai is well informed about the history of the region and explained it in an interesting way. Not to miss! - So clearly if there is something not to be missed during your trip to Moldova: a visit to Transnistria! Amazing. For a few hours you have the impression of being in a film, an atmosphere from another time. Despite what you can read on the internet, it is a completely safe place! Even more than elsewhere! And people, if you try to jabber a few words in Russian, will be super happy to see tourists, and to see that you are interested in culture! I spent a fabulous day with the guide Ecaterina, who in perfect English was able to answer all my questions and all my expectations. From visit to visit, I was really impressed by this place. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it!

Unforgettable Experience in Transnistria! - Cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Was definitely an unforgettable experience and it was worth every penny. Our guide Tatiana was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the day she was always engaging us and providing the history and information we needed to better understand this part of the world. The tour encompassed so many different aspects: a trip to the Bendery fortress complex and the accompanying town, a stop at a Soviet themed cafe, an unforgettable lunch and live music/songs (sung by her dad and his friend), and finally a walk through Tiraspol’s best tourist attractions and landmarks. Tatiana was really accommodating during the entire trip. I had an interest in visiting many of the Russian orthodox churches in the area and buying some icons and she gladly took us to everyone we wanted to see. She has expert knowledge of all the sights on the trip and was really great to learn from. She helped us with all the formalities such as the border checkpoint, purchasing entry tickets at landmarks, helping us exchange money for the local Rubles, and chatting with the shop keepers when we wanted to buy souvenirs. I can’t recommend this trip highly enough, it’s worth every penny and you will remember your time in Transnistria forever. Definitely a must visit if you are in Chisinau!

The safe and calm PMR (Transnistria) - The experience was amazing and wouldn't be so without Nicolai. The tour was amazing, with a lot of conversation about the places and historical stuff that we love! Some say that the region is unstable because of the war and I think a lot of people are afraid of doing the tour in the PMR. But it isn't like that... The tiny country is open and seeks its touristic future with nice infrastructure and welcoming people! I'd definetely recommend you to come and see the "dangerous breakaway region" with your own eyes, you will be impressed.

Wonderful experience in Transnitria with Tatiana - We had a wonderful time in Bender and Tiraspol. Our guide Tatiana was great and explained us a lot of things in detail. We had an awesome lunch at her parents home. We always felt comfortable and welcome.

Incredible experience - The day of the tour was absolutely incredible. Our guide Marcel was not only an excellent driver who stopped everywhere for photo opportunities, but is also a great tour guide with brilliant knowledge of Moldovan and Eastern European history. On the way we stopped at many notable attractions and witnessed local life. The border crossing was an easy and straightforward process, and Marcel made sure that we felt safe at all times. I highly recommend this tour, it was absolutely an amazing experience.
