Top organisation and saw everything I wanted. - All three tours (two ways yellow bus, and tram) were well organised, in time and it was the best way to see and visit the city with children, did a really good choice, I suggest it!!!!

Great bus tour - Such a great time in Lisbon. We enjoyed the hop/on/off. Really worth it if you want to see the entire area. Easy to find and easy to use.

Good service - Good service. Enjoyed the tour information. Would have liked less music on the bus & on the narration. Staff at pick up point could have been less sullen. But it didn’t stop my enjoyment.

Trip difficult to organize - The start was good, but during the tour the internet tour schedule did not work anymore. The next bus was lost, scheduled bus disappeared and against the schedule suddenly a bus came. Not possible to plan and long waiting time. Very disappointing!

Take the red tour line - Upon arrival in new city, I usually get on HOHO bus to acquaint myself with area. This time was no different with one exception. Driver was unable to redeem paid voucher for ticket due to scanner not working so said to get it at next stop. I stayed on the entire route and then went to the Elevator waiting in line for an hour and when arrived entrance area the rude attendant would not scan or allow me access. What a waste! Next time I'll remember and make sure to take the red reputable line.

Bus driver ignore people at bus stop! - Staff service is not good. 1) We waited more than 25 mins at the bus stop and the bus driver drove past us. Luckily he had to stop at the red light and we caught up to him. When we asked him why he didn't stop for us, he scoffed that we had to raise our hand to signal him to stop. Hmm, we standing there with eye contact to the driver and steps moving towards the approaching bus is not a good enough signal for him to stop? 2) The staff who issued us the ticket at Station Martim Moniz was not friendly either. She did not bother giving enough direction and map and did not help organize people standing in line for the bus where some people took advantage of cutting in front when the bus arrived. Overall the staff don't seem to be happy with their jobs.
