A local chef was grilling up a feast of chicken and spiny lobsters, and I couldn’t resist indulging in a lobster plate. For just $30, I savored three succulent lobster tails accompanied by rice, beans, coleslaw, and corn. It was a meal that perfectly complemented the idyllic setting.

As we made our way back to Belize City, the boat ride was punctuated by sightings of dolphins and sea turtles, a fitting end to a day filled with natural wonders.
