Wonderful way to spend the day - Great excursion for a fun day off our ship. 1/2 hour ride to the island then a beautiful day on the most beautiful private island Made for one of the best days the family has on our cruise

Our amazing trip to Goff Caye - First, pay attention to your cruise ship time zone times because there is a discrepancy between what times are. This will be for ALLLL and Any excursion you choose. Other than that be prepared to have your mind blown By this beautiful small island. We went during spring break at the end of March so the perfect weather played a big role on how the trip went. If you go during the summer, then you will probably have a good chance of a thunderstorm or two rolling in. But the cruise tour was amazing and I highly recommend anyone going to this destination.

Beautiful little island - I have always wanted to go to Belize and was excited when this cruise I was having a port day in Belize. I chose to go to Goff's Cay to spend the day. This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. We tendered in from the ship to the mainland to meet up with the tour to Goff's Cay. The only negative I can say is that I booked this excursion direct in advance and the paperwork said to meet up at 9 as the boat was leaving at 9:30. Knowing this I got up extra early and rushed through breakfast to get on an early tender only to find out once I was at the port that we needed to meet at 10 and we were leaving at 10;30. If that was the case it would have been nice to know so I could have enjoyed my morning a bit more without rushing. We left via boat for Goff's Cay around 10:30 and the boat ride there takes about 1/2 hour. Claudius was our guide and he was great. He was so informative telling us all about Belize and answered any questions anyone had. We were in good hands with Claudius and the rest of the crew. We got to the island and those who didn't want to snorkel just got off the boat and those of us who wanted to had about 15 minutes before we left to go out snorkelling. Claudius was our snorkeling guide. He took us out on the boat to the reef not far from the island. We didn't see too many fish but the reefs had beautiful coral and it was still worth the time spent. We had about 45 minutes for the snorkel portion of the day and then back to the island. The island is a little over 1 acre, so it is very small but oh so beautiful. There is a sand bar that extends right out into the water, the sand is so soft and the water so blue and clear. You could order lunch they were cooking up right there. 3 dogs live on the island and they are just the cutest things. When we first pulled up to the dock they came running as they love people. We were told one of the dogs finds coconuts and loves to have you throw them and he retrieved them, this was so true, he found a coconut and played fetch with anyone who would trhow it for him. Another of the dogs loves to swim, it was fun watching him swim around in the water. Claudius was so personable and made the day so nice. We spent a few hours on the island and they brought us back to Belize with plenty of time to make it back to tender back to the ship. If in Belize again I would definitely do this excursion again.

Great beach day in Belize. - We had a great time, the boat ride was fun to Goff Caye. It was a fast boat ride, and a little bumpy going over waves in the open water. The island is small and beautiful. There was food available for purchase, and rum punch & water was free. They also had bathrooms and changing rooms. The beach was very clean, the water was a little Rocky. I would recommend wearing beach shoes. The snorkeling was great, and they did provide snorkel gear. I would do this excursion again. The price was very reasonable.

Unique Expérience - Great Experience, Splash Wave Tours were very good. We used them instead of the cruise excursion which was expensive. The morning pickup time was unclearly so we made sure we got to the pickup point early around 8:30am

Worth the money - The crew was excellent and skilled despite the choppy waters. Once there the snorkeling was spectacular. Lots to see . The beach despite being small was a good way to relax and wade in the clear water

Interesting experience - Staff was friendly and accommodating Equipment old and under maintained Boat broke down on the way to island, another boat had to come and transport us the rest of the way to the island. The island was beautiful, family got to snorkel.

Don't recommend this company! - This company is very poor with communication. After booking, I contacted them as requested to arrange the time we tendered off the ship. I messaged them via viator and both numbers listed on the website multiple times. I never received a response. On the day of the excursion we showed up and there was another lady waiting for the same company. A person from a different company saw us waiting for awhile and offered to call. They answered and found my reservation but still never responded or showed. I don't recommend them.

Didn’t happen - Did not get to go because there weren’t enough people signed up! 😞 We were very disappointed! Did something else.

We felt ripped off and it screwed our day in Belize with continual disappointment - The staff were rude, they pooled us and several other bookers and then (the desk lady was rude) cancelled the trip to Goffs Caye after we communicated the night before and the day of, without warning once we got to the dock, and tried to get us to accept another undesirable destination. After over an hour and a half of waiting for the grumpy guide and a shoddy tiny boat we decided to stay on land. Splash Waves should be avoided, they didnt have enough boats and kept making everyone wait to combine too many parties and it was terrible.
