A Phenomenal Snorkeling Day!! - This truly was a bucket list tour! Every stop lived up to the advertisement - we swam with sea turtles, nurse sharks, rays and countless beautiful fish as well as watching a graceful manatee and huge, lively tarpons. Our stay at Caye Caulker was limited, hence we were selective in how to spend our time there. We wholeheartedly recommend this trip as a priority for visitors to the island. Our guides were knowledgeable and fun-loving - and definitely eco friendly!

Excellent Tour! - Our captains/guides were Philip and Josh. The trip was very entertaining and we saw sharks, rays, fish, turtles and manatees.

Must do experience! - Great experience! The staff was informative and fun, and were helpful if we had issues with the snorkel equipment. The marine life we saw were incredible and will not soon forget this excursion!

Seasick? No problem - We went out on the windiest day of the week. The boat was rocking like crazy so me and my mom got super sick. The guides were very patient and understanding. I was still able to enjoy the tour though and enjoy most of the stops. Good heavy lunch with rum punch, although we were too sick to try it. They were eco friendly too, didn’t feed the animals.

All in all a wonderful day - We booked with Salt Life based on the company being eco friendly and all of the great reviews by previous customers. Let me tell you we weren’t disappointed on any front. Our guides Charles and Google really made the trip fun and informative. We were able to see so many different types of animals and fish including rays, sharks and a manatee. Snorkeling gives one a real appetite. Lunch was included in the fare. We had tasty grilled chicken, red beans & rice and pasta salad. Quite a tasty picnic on the boat while at anchor. In the afternoon we munched on fresh fruit and rum punch. Lots of fresh water was always available to keep us hydrated. As a senior citizen is received special care from Charles and Google. All in all a wonderful day!

Perfect snorkling tour - Had a perfect day and saw a manatee, nurse sharks, sting rays, a big turtle, and many other fish and corals! Philip and Raheem were extremely entertaining guides, so shoutout to them. Furthermore, the food and organisation were great too, so all in all we had an amazing day!

Jamal and Elvis were the best - Jamal and Elvis were the best guides! They took us to a spot where we saw 3 manatees!!! It was just incredible. We saw so much and they were very knowledgeable (and funny). Kept us entertained and Elvis stayed with our young daughter on the boat when she was feeling overwhelmed. He is also an amazing cook and fed us very well. We had an amazing and unforgettable time with them.

So many nurse sharks! - We loved seeing eagle rays, stingrays, a manatee, lots of conch shells, a TON of colorful fish, and of course swimming alongside the many many nurse sharks! Definitely recommend this experience! Lunch was tasty too!!

Really great snorkeling! - Pro - The staff were informative, they snorkeled with us at some spots and guided us to the sea animals!! So cool!! - Snorkeling was amazing I saw Stingray, dolphins, Manatees, fish, turtle, so many - eco friendly and experienced captain Con - boat was wayyyy too uncomfortable very small boat, crammed 14 people - started late at 9:50am - no roof on the boat?!! - wish that there was a foot wash off station after the ride. - The whole trip they said they will be sending a GoPro footage and they didn’t send… sigh I wish I brought my own! But overall, it was a good snorkeling, good vibes, I could tell Captain Phillip prioritized safety and it was appreciated. Pick this one if your priority is snorkeling! But if it’s more good times in the sea and you are sensitive to sun,… may be choose a company with a comfier boat. Also… wear swim shorts and a rash guard I got really bad sub burn on my butt! (Snorkeling haha) Thanks for a wonderful day!

What started as a great day, made an unfortunate turn - Our experience was unfortunate as we had an unusual injury on board. It's one thing to have an accident and deal with it for what it is. However, the captain's response was extremely unprofessional: cursing F* bombs/profanity, blaming the customer, being in a state of panic when applying 1st Aid, and did not support his fellow guide who choose to stay with us and navigate taxis, the hospital, and boat ride back to the start of the excursion. Very thankful for the other guide, Jamal, to be with us. In hindsight there should have been protocols in place prior to departure regardless of the accident, reviewing safety tips and setting expectations for both the crew and customers. Apparently there was a situation the day prior of a customer drifting too far away who then got caught in a current. The manager debriefed with us when we got back so she heard both sides and apologized on behalf of the company for the various errors that the captain should have known in addition to his inappropriate behavior which was appreciated. These areas are full of small tour companies and lots to choose from… safety measures should be ensured by the entire staff.
