The highlight of my entire trip! - Highlight of my entire trip! From start to finish we enjoyed this excursion and the Splash Wave people that were in charge of it. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loved their job. It is a truly HANDS on experience like no other I have ever participated in. I will return and do this again!

Great Trip! - My family cruised over spring break 2024 and had heard from a cousin that this was the excursion to do. Splash Wave did not disappoint! It was a very rough sea day and we had to alter plans a bit. They told us up front that since we had such rough seas the reef was not a safe option and we would not see anything due to the cloudiness of the water. Instead we spent extra time swimming with sharks and they took us over to an area where we could feed tarpon. The tarpon would jump completely out of the water to eat fish from our hands. The restaurant we ate at had some of the best food we ate on out trip. Our tour guide Stacy was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the area and history of Belize. She answered any question we had and even would hold sharks in her arms and let us "pet" them I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Organizer highly recommended! - We were traveling by ship in Central America and had to cancel the evening before our planned excursion due to a very short-notice change in route. The organizer refunded the excursion price as a gesture of goodwill (although this was not necessary according to the cancellation policy). Simply great!!! Thank you very much! 5 stars!!!

EXCELLENT EXCURSION - My wife and I took this excursion on March 12, 2024 and it was EXCELLENT! We saw coral, tropical fish, Conch and a Moray Eel. We swam with and petted several nurse sharks and sting rays. I fed Tarpons which was spooky and fun. A very long boat ride out and back, but worth it. Wear a lot of sunscreen, especially on those forgotten areas (e.g. ears, back of hands).

A great day on the water! - This was a great tour - you get to see the barrier reef, shark and sting ray alley, tarpons, and the island of caye caulker. Additionally, the drive a different way home so you can see the mangroves. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and pick up was easy.

So so trip - We got picked up out of the terminal nicely. However, things turned from there. We got taken to a dock with 4 open faced very old boats. The boat was overfilled. The employees were nice, but when we got to the 1st reef, they didn't really explain well how long people could stay there (they were likely unsure themselves or not wanting to commit to a timeline as people might stray too far). The equipment was fairly old. My mask was not great and my flipper strap that they provided broke. The rum punch was good, but on the way back, they added another 5 passengers to a boat that was ALREADY way too crowded. Overall, would look to book with another vendor. The stingray and shark feeding was a nice highlight for my teenage boys.

AVOID IT!!! There are other ways! - The trip never happened, as the driver did not pick us up. It took me over an hour to reach Splash Waves Tour, and when I did, the representative was crazy rude and yelled at me. She told me it was too late to join the tour as the boat wad about to disembark. I asked her why our driver never came, and she asked me why I didn't just get a taxi to the ferry. Not an answer to my question. Then she asked why I didn't reach out to her. I told her I had been trying to reach her since 9:15 am, after the driver was already late. She called me a liar, told me she couldn't help me and hung up shortly after. I'm sure the actual experience is nice, but the company is terrible.
