An underground tour surrounded by facts and stories - Bojan is extremely knowledgeable about history, symbols, recent events and more and he was able to paint our underground tour with lots of context and interesting little facts and stories. He’s a great story teller and feels authentic so he keeps his listeners engaged. Money well spent.

Very knowledgeable, informative, sense of humour, and willing to answer questions about other things such as culture, history, and local info on what to do, where to go, and how to get there. Super engaging historic tour, with access to non-tourist parts of fortress - This was a fantastic experience! Bojan is a passionate tour guide, who truly loves sharing the history of the fortress and of Serbia with the tour participants. He had both a historic as well as a personal depth of knowledge of Belgrade Fortress and the surrounding area. His relationships with the fortress staff allowed us access to multiple underground areas, including the" Roman well" [spoiler: not Roman] as well as the secret socialist Yugoslavia era bunker. Belgrade Fortress itself is a testament to the history of the city as it has been occupied by multiple different empires over the past two millennia, and the story of the fortress and the details within is the story of the city, and by extension of Serbia. It was extremely valuable to gain Bojan's insight on multiple areas of history, and it truly helped me place my experience in Belgrade within the historic continuum of the city. I would recommend this tour as a first stop on a visit to Serbia or to Belgrade to be able to place oneself in the narrative of the region.

Great tour of the fortress and underground locations! - Fantastic tour of the Belgrade fortress and various underground locations. Bojan our tour guide was well informed and engaging. The tour ended at an Italian restaurant where we enjoyed a glass of the local wine. Often these places are tourist traps so we were pleasantly surprised to be taken somewhere where the food was of a very high standard in a picturesque location with no pressure to purchase anything in addition to the free glass of wine. Would highly recommend!

my expectations were not met - the tour guide was excellent, informative and entertaining. However, I believe the tour was not as I thought it would be, Underground tour was not so much underground and I had done the exploring above the fortress the previous day so It wasn't much of an experience
