Wonderful day out - We had a brilliant time on this tour and we would thoroughly recommend it. The whole day ran like clockwork and our driver kept us entertained with some great stories and jokes. We saw beautiful little villages and stunning coastal views. Something for everyone!

Good value - Our trip to the giants Causeway, which also included The Dark Hedges, Bushmill’s Distillery and other places of interest was very enjoyable. Scenery along the costal road was stunning. Lesley the driver and guide was very informative and managed to keep everyone punctual returning to the coach at each location, some of the stops were a little short on time but considering the itinerary we managed to cover a lot of ground in the day. This trip was very good value

The tour was good and we... - The tour was good and we got to see a lot. We and quite a few others couldn't hear the tour guide at all on the coach. We all mentioned it but it kept not working and the sound was awful. Maybe invest in updating it? Didn't need 30 minutes at the distillery as not much to do and we felt rushed having our lunch.

I was nervous at first,... - I was nervous at first, because there seemed to be very poor communication and organization with Allen's. However, once we got going, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Some more time at a couple of places would have been nice, or at least a stop at some of the castles and ruins that were just "drive bys". However, the scenic drive and rock formations were incredible.

Disappointed - 1. Contacted vendor regarding meeting point question. Vendor was rude. 2. Bus was very late. 3. The bus was in poor condition. The air conditioner did not work and referring to the bus as luxurious is false advertisement. 4. We arrived at the 1st stop (castle) but were told driver couldn’t park so we couldn’t get off the bus. Driver could have let us off and picked us up instead of not letting us visit the castle. 5. One point of interest was not even mentioned.

Poorly organised! - The time table of the entire trip was not properly mentioned on the app. My trip was with Allen travels and it was a hot summer day, the AC was not at all working on the coach. That's 8 hours without AC. The Hedges Hotel they took us to, of course was unpaid but the food there was horrible as well. Overall, it was poorly organised.

Dangerous driving and a company that don’t care - Tour was bad on so many levels - mostly related to the driver. On a hot day he kept his window open so that he had a nice breeze. Unfortunately (as noted in a sticker next to his head) this meant the air conditioning didn’t work meaning the rest of us were hot and uncomfortable. His driving itself was dangerous with three specific examples which we could see clearly since we were in the front seats. 1) he blatantly drove straight through a red light; 2) he made a phone call (not hands-free) whilst negotiating narrow country roads at some speed; 3) he overtook a lorry (on a slightly wider road) when there was clearly not room to do so, nearly going straight into an oncoming car. A major collision was only averted by the car and lorry braking sharply - the lorry driver making it clear what he thought with a loud blast of his horn. I emailed Allen’s tours about this - and a couple of other issues - but they haven’t responded. Giant’s Causeway is worth the trip - but avoid going with this company.
