Have been waiting 17 years to do this tour and this company delivered! - I have been waiting to do this tour for 17 years! Davy was our guide and he was wonderful. He shared his personal experiences from the very start of the troubles to present day. The history and stories he shared with us can’t compare to books and documentaries. Davy share stories from both sides of the conflict and shared a lot about the current efforts toward unification.

Fair, balanced and enjoyable tour. - Our guide Brendan collected us from our city centre hotel and gave us a very fair, balanced and enjoyable 2 hour tour of West Belfast. We stopped off at various spots along the way and got out briefly from the taxi to look closer at some monuments or buildings along the way. Overall a great way to learn about life there over the last 100 years or so. M.

By far, the highlight of a two week trip to Northern Ireland & Ireland - Our July 5 trip with Brendan - who was incredible, and also apparently the most popular resident of West Belfast :) - was so moving and informative. As someone who thought they had pretty decent knowledge of the Troubles and the Good Friday Agreement, I learned so much more in two hours with Brendan than any American world history teacher, media, or online resource could ever teach. We've been recommending this tour to anyone that asks about our vacation. This tour is an absolute can't-miss if you have even the most remote interest in the Irish Catholic / Ulster Protestant conflicts and the status of current relations.
