Peace wall and Titanic - We had the best tour guide his name was Jim. We got on the wrong bus to begin with, and he came and picked us up at Queens College. We were very lucky. He gave us a story at each place and then let us look around and take photos.

Belfast through Jim’s eyes! - We started our tour at the City Hall pickup point which allowed us to view all of the rooms providing a history overview inside City Hall before our tour started. Our tour guide Jim arrived at the front gates and introduced himself. We wound up having a large taxi to ourselves and had a private tour with Jim. He took us to many Belfast sights and provided great historical information at each stop. He then allowed us some time to walk around each location. He also offered to take pictures with our phone at every stop. We really appreciated that. I hope you are lucky enough to get Jim. He made our tour fantastic! It was a rainy day too, so having transportation was very helpful. Belfast castle and the University were the high points for us.! I highly recommend this tour!

Troubles have gone, murals remain - It is hard to describe the horrors of the Troubles, but thankfully the Troubles seem to be behind us. However, the murals remain. The murals are great exhibitions of street art. A guide is welcome, if only to explain to political implications of this popular art form. Belfast is undergoing a rapid revival, now that the Troubles are behind us. Belfast is living up to its reputation as a neat little city.

Understanding Belfast - Gaining an understanding of the continuing political problems. My guide was a life-long resident and could discuss conditions before and after the peace treaty.

Amazing insightful tour of lovely Belfast - Such an enjoyable tour of this fabulous city. Jim was so knowledgable and clearly loves his home city. The variety in the stops was perfect we saw so much, I don’t know where the time went. Wonderful and thought provoking and filled in some gaps in our history knowledge. Great guide and genuinely nice guy. Highly recommended
