Highlights

The bus will take you from the hotel with other participants of the trip to the mountain Koprulu Canyon. After reaching the rafting base, before you will start your journey in Kopulu canyon, you have to wear a appropriate outfit: life jackets, helmets and special rubber shoes for water. This equipment will be provided by the instructors in rafting base (except shoes). They will also inform you how to stay safe during the trip.

In dinghies for several people, under the eye of experienced instructors, you will cross the Koprulu river rapids. You should not take any items with you to the dinghy, especially camera. Professional photographers will make sure to capture most interesting moments of a draft on photos and DVD video. After rafting, lunch awaits for you on the tables under the clouds. You can buy printed pictures and see and purchase a video from rafting (at your own expense). Return to your hotel for drop-off.

Great Day with lots of fun - This a great trip up the mountain and a wonderful rafting experience for all the family, we were a family of 8 and we had a family of 4 with small children 6 & 8 years ish! and they were perfectly safe, we had lots of fun and frolics in the water with a stop off with a beer and a crepe (an extra 5 - 6 quid per person but a well deserved break),after 3 hours of rafting we watched the film which was entertaining to say the least and had a late lunch, all this for 18 quid a person. GREAT DAY AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😉💪😎

A little rafting, a little money, a lot of time - A 9 hour day for one hour of rafting and “lunch” at 4. We were supposed to be picked up between 920 and 940. After we messaged them, they arrived at 955. Then we had a 40 minute drive to a souvenir shop then another 30 minutes to base camp. There were hundreds of people there and we had no idea where to go as they sorted people into activity, language and tour company. After 30 minutes or more we were finally on our way. They first directed us to a rock bridge which was narrow and over a deep gorge for a group picture. I did not feel safe as 50 people crammed onto the narrow bridge. Then we were lined up to walk into the river. I think this was an attempt at a safety briefing to ensure we weren’t shocked if we fell in. Finally we were loaded into rafts with very little of the safety information that has been provided to us on previous racing experiences. We enjoyed the 30 minutes of rafting. Then we had a break to purchase sodas for 30 minutes or more while we waited for the groups who had opted for additional activities to catch up. After 15 minutes of rafting we pulled off for optional zip lining. We stayed at that stop for 45 minutes. We watched as the “brake” for the zip line was just a person pulling on the line. He even had ti run to his post one time to catch something coming down. After another 15 minutes of rafting we made it back to base camp for “lunch.” It was 4 o’clock. We hadn’t eaten since breakfast before pick up. It took 30 minutes to set out the meal then we watched 15 minutes of a video they made for the day. We made it back to our hotel at 630pm. From the expected pick up to drop off was 9 hours for a total of one hour of rafting.

Long hours of waiting... - Long hours of waiting before starting the rafting trip. Departure at 9:30 am - arrival at 11 am -> rafting start at around 12:30 pm... Our rafting captain only spoke Turkish... while we Booked the tour in english... Fortunatly i did some rafting before. If you are looking for strong sensations, skip it... Rapids were soft; ideal for famillies with little children.

Not rekomendasjon - long waiting time, one hour between stops. those who don't have a zipline, have to wait until everyone does. Time wasted without purpose

DO NOT BOOK awful experience! - Picked up at 9am and after short time stopped at a cafe where literally everyone was smoking, it was gross for the kids. Then taken to next stop & a guide got on and took the polish people but we were left on the bus. After waiting we got off to try and find out what we were meant to do and it was chaos, totally unorganised and after 45 minutes in 30 degree heat, we found someone who spoke English. We got our stuff and then put on another bus with the scariest group of really intimidating men, we were the only family with small children. Nobody spoke English inc the staff. Got off bus again and followed the crowd to queue, we weren't sure what for, but it was so they could take photos to sell later. Then we were shuffled to wait in another line, only to find out this was to go in the river for another photo. Back on the bus & when it stopped the group of men who were drinking and smoking constantly were urinating next the bus & they weren't they type that you approached to ask to stop. Then more waiting around. It was after 130pm by the time we got on the raft and by that point my youngest was so tired, hot, hungry& not enjoying the general atmosphere that he was crying. We got about an hour of actual rafting which to be fair to the guide he did speak English and was good. We stopped on the raft twice- once for pancakes which I was thankful to feed the kids something and second time a zipline all at an extra cost. Lunch was included but we didn't get that until 3pm. Then we were told that our bus was leaving early to take others back so we couldn't do that last part of the rafting which resulted in an argument, we had just had enough. To be honest I was thankful to get out of there as quickly as possible, it was the worst experience and an environment I never want my children in again, but we didn't even get all of the rafting we were meant to have. Most of the day was about taking photos to get you to buy them later or get you to pay for something extra. I've been rafting several times in different places and had an amazing time but this wasn't about rafting it was about money making as much as possible. It said on the booking English guide but most of the time we were just left to fend for ourselves. Not a day out suitable for a family. AVOID at all cost.
