Perfect experience! - Tiptop! Hassle-free pick-up right in front of the hotel. Good transfer with a short stop for shopping and to go to the toilet. Good instructions on site in many languages, including German. Our boat guide was super funny and it was a lot of fun. Great view, pretty wet and lots of action. Not really suitable for small children (under 7/8 years) as the water is pretty cold. We had a lot of fun and felt safe! I can highly recommend the tour! Thank you 🤗

Brilliant ***** - Thoroughly enjoyed this excursion! Transfer wasn't too long from Belek and each activity was fantastic. The highlight of our holiday in Turkey. Tip: Bring water shoes. Also you leave your bags at the main point until 4.30pm. Rafting is last so it's worth taking water and snacks in a plastic bag to eat before the rafting. We were starving and thirsty by the time we even got to the rafting and had left food and drinks in the bag.

Excellent 3 in 1 safari trip - A very enjoyable day, 90 minute drive from hotel to canyon, slightly chaotic start when we got there as some groups just found rafting, other like us doing 3 in 1 combo (buggy safari, white water rafting and zipline). Captain Malik was a star, felt very liked after, buggy was fun but no goggles or dust cover provided, but can be bought. Then onto the whitewater rafting which was about 2 hours, 11km and great fun having water fights with other boats throughout, good stop halfway for snack and drink. Last activity was zipline which was ok and then back for late lunch at 4pm and sleepy drive back as exhausted. Overall, a great fun day out

Great rafting experience for adults and young teens or slightly younger. Zipline and buggy also fun - Excellent fun for adults and families with teenagers or a bit younger. *Things to know* - "lunch" is very very late. Better call it dinner. I was collected at 9 and eat lunch at 4:30. - the main focus of this trip is the rafting. The Zipline is fun but short. The buggy ride is fun but not very very fast or that long. - a few things cost money. You will have to buy some drinks too get through it even if you bring loads of water! It's €3 per drink. There is a stop for some pancake wraps, also €3, about 1/3 the way.. also the first time you can buy a drink! Hence why you need to bring a lot of water to have before this point at least. - you can pay with card or cash for everything at the end. There convert to lira fairly reasonably, and then for card there is a charge, but I believe they are charged by the bank. - take a photo of your bus numberplate. The bus will move. You will need to hunt it down. This will help! - the rafting is fairly easy going, it's mostly by the current. You do have to row hard now and then though to make corrections etc. - other boats splash you, a lot. It's fun and refreshing, but just so you know even if you don't jump in at the opportunities you will still get soaked. *Things to bring* - Bring water. Lots. We brought about 1.5l per person. - bring water shoes or you can buy them there for €10 each. - bring banana or scarf to cover face during any buggy or quad rides or buy for €3 each. They also sell protective goggles or wear non expensive sun glasses. - bring waterproof pouch for each phone or buy them there.. I think €10 but not sure. - optionally bring a little waterproof bag for bits and bobs that you can attach to your front/life jacket. There is nowhere dry in the raft. Everything gets totally soaked. - bring a change of clothes for the end. - bring various bags or carrier bags .. you will end up with a load of wet clothes and shoes etc you want to contain. Great day!! - Great day! It was a lot of fun! Rafting was great and the pick-up from the hotel worked well too. I can only recommend it. But you shouldn't be afraid of water if you book the tour.

Not too bad - My sibling and I had a fantastic time at this event. We thoroughly enjoyed riding the buggy around the designated area, which was loads of fun. The Zip Line was also an exhilarating experience that we highly recommend. Unfortunately, our rafting experience was just okay. The main drawback was that I injured my ankle while being asked to lift the raft out of the water and carry it up a hill to its original spot. We believe this task should have been handled by the staff rather than placing it upon the customers. Aside from this incident, our overall experience was satisfactory.

Waste of time and money. Been there all day activities maybe 2h. - Waste of time! Scam when paying bu card. Very bad organizacion, they’ve lost a bag then a couple left behind. Lot of waiting time for them to organize the buses. The buggy trip is around 20 min at very slow speed and brake 5 min 🤷‍♂️. Zipline i will give a 3 out of 5. Short and very close to the ground. Rafting is again for 50+ age people. Slowly… very slowly. That cannot be called rafting. The pictures at the end they we agree on 25 € they charged me 36€ and when they send it to me had to search beetwen other 1000 pictures from all day. Nobody speaks english. 3-4 guides all polish speakers. All they ask for all day TIPS!! I do no recomend at all.

Zero Explanation and Horrible customer service - Driver never showed up to collect us, company refused to refund anything. We have also been told by the resort that they are not cleared to enter the hotel to pick you up, as they have not registered as a activity company.

Transfer from hotel no show! - Transfer from hotel to venue never turned up. Was told to meet outside hotel at 09:15, waited an hour. No one turned up. Contacted them via email and phone several times no answer and no reply. Shocking!!!!! Waiting with 2 teenage boys in the sun for an hour only to be bitterly disappointed that the company couldn’t even be bothered to turn up. Was really looking forward to this trip now very apprehensive to book another one. These excursions are expensive and you only get one chance when on hols. Gutted!! I am getting a full refund but that’s not the point I wanted the experience with my sons. 😢🤬
