Vitit to Beiteddine Palace - Just 20 minutes from Deir El Qamar sits Beiteddine Palace, one of Lebanon's Ottoman treasures. The palace offers a stunning and well-preserved example of 19th century architecture. Walking through the palace complex, visitors will immediately notice the wealth and detail of its construction. Each room features mosaic stonework, cedar wood engraving and spacious areas. The museum is open from 9 am to 4 pm, but is closed on Mondays.

Go for it with Fadi - Fadi is the best guide I could ever had to visit the Shouf region. The driving time became a pleasure. So much history and cultural discovery. Such a beautiful country and place. Thanks Fadi.

Well organized even during a Petrol Crisis - I did my tour in August with Fadi. What an amazing experience!! I was so sceptical about travelling to Lebanon during the crisis but going there made me realize what a mistake I would have made if I dint go. All thanks to Fadi’s tour agency and a big an special thanks to Jamal who was my driver. He nit only made me feel safe but catered to my every nned with his friendly and welcoming attitude. In a time of the petrol crisis I dint have to worry as Jamal was always on time with gas and the car ready. Thanks for the amazing time in Lebanon ❤️

Bad experience - Though the sites are worth to be seen and the road was beautiful, I had a very bad experience with Lebanon Tours Online by Fadi Eid. 1. Nowhere it was mentioned that it is a private tour which implied an inflated rate, meanwhile it appeared to be a private one and I was the only passenger. 2. The time of pickup in the announcement was mentioned to be 8:00, however the guide/driver came 45 minutes late, after the hotel receptionist called him. He said that during winter time they start at 9:00 however the announcement and confirmation said 9/16/2019 - 2/6/2021 Monday - Sunday: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. Also, he said that he had called me the day before to inform about that, however given that II was the only passenger and he did not get in touch, he had to be on time. 3. It was January 6, a national holiday and Monday, when the Beiteddine Palace was closed and there was no word about that in the description of the tour. Now I understand that other travel companies had been honest not to schedule tours on that day most likely for that reason, meanwhile only on our way to Beiteddine Palace I was told that it is closed. 4. The trip was mentioned to last from 8am till 5pm, however, it actually was completed by 1pm. Even with inclusion of the Beiteddine Palace it would definitely not last that long. And basically it is misguiding for the tourists who compare the time/value of different companies.
