• Mutianyu Great Wall - A chauffeur from Xi’an will display a sign with your name and meet you in the lobby of your Xi’an hotel at the early hour of 4:30 AM. You will then be transported to the Xi’an airport for a flight to Beijing. Upon arrival at 10:00 AM, you will be greeted by our English-speaking guide in Beijing, who will also have a sign with your name at the domestic arrivals gate of Beijing International Airport. From there, you will be taken directly to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. This area of the Great Wall boasts a top-tier cable car system to reach the ramparts and offers attractions such as the Chinese Dream Stone City and the Shibide Slide Road, combining Great Wall history, stone culture, and recreational activities. Dignitaries like former British Prime Minister Major and former US President Clinton have toured this section of the wall. After exploring, enjoy lunch at a nearby eatery and a brief stop at a cloisonné enamel ware workshop, where you can appreciate the artistry of enamel work dating back to the Ming dynasty’s 12th century.

• Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - Next, visit the Summer Palace, sprawling over 300 hectares and primarily comprising Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake. The palace garden features over 2800 architectural structures in a variety of styles, categorized into administrative, residential, and sightseeing areas. The Summer Palace holds the title of the largest royal park in existence in China, as recognized by the China World Records Association. Following the visit, you will catch a domestic flight back to Xi’an. Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name at Xi’an airport to escort you back to your hotel in Xi’an.
