Take an overnight train from Xi’an to Beijing
Railway Station Tunnel West Crossing - Your friendly driver will pick you up at 6:45.p.m from your Xi’an hotel and drive about 20 minutes to Xi’an Railway Station to catch your overnight train to Beijing. Your driver will assist with obtain the pre-purchased train tickets for you and take you to the waiting room.
Tiananmen Square,Forbidden City and Summer Palace
Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - Upon arrival, your local guide and driver will pick you up at Beijing West Railway Station, then head to Tiananmen Square, located in the centre of Beijing. It encompassed 108.7 acres,880 meters from north to south and 500 meters from east to west, big enough to hold a half million people.
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Followed by a visit to the Forbidden City, which is the best preserved imperial palace in China and the largest palace with 9,999.5 rooms. The splendid architecture of the Forbidden City represents the essence and culmination of traditional Chinese architectural accomplishment.
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - After a tasty local lunch, continue to the Summer Palace. Spend the rest of the afternoon at the Summer Palace, a well-preserved royal garden. It has been listed in the World Heritage Sites and considered as one of the most classical gardens of the world.
