Upon arrival, your driver can help you purchase the entrance ticket (at your own expense). You can then begin your self-guided tour to see tigers, lions, bears, monkeys, and many other animals. If you have selected the round-trip transfer service, your driver will return to pick you up at your specified time. Additionally, you can opt for a friendly guide service when booking if you need someone to take photos or assist with watching your children during the visit.
The tour operator cannot guarantee an English-speaking driver. Depending on availability, you may have a Chinese-speaking driver, but they are well-informed about where to pick you up and drop you off.
