The driver will be there with a sign displaying your name at the appointed time. Typically, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours before an international flight and 2.5 hours before a domestic flight. (During peak hours and at some airports, you may need to add an hour or more to ensure timely arrival.) Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminal. Please Note: • Tips are not included and are at your discretion. • Unless otherwise stated, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this period, the vehicle will be released. • If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
