Fabulous ( Great time ) - We contacted Miles company on the day before our trip. He responded immediately to each of my emails and helped us decide which trip to take to enjoy the Great wall experience . We booked private transport at the time of our convenience and David arrived punctual ly before the planned start time . David was a joy . Really helpful and cheerful . He took us to the Great wall ,purchased our tickets and ensured we were guided to the area to start our exhilarating walk . David kept in touch by mobile and told us to take as long as we wanted . When we returned a few hours later he was waiting to take us back to our hotel . Beijing rush hour traffic but David navigated it with impressive patience and guile . We returned back to our hotel having enjoyed our experience immensely both from seeing the wonder that is the Great wall and due to the professionalism and service offered by Miles and David Thanks so much again

Really enjoyed the trip... - Really enjoyed the trip with our driver, David. He met us in the lobby of our hotel and, upon arrival at the Mutianyu section of the wall, took care of all the tickets and other logistics. Honestly, for this trip, you don't really need anything else beyond a friendly, safe, and organized driver, and we had all three in David. Lots of fun and a perfect option for families (like mine) with small kids and limited time.

Excellent private tour with English speaking driver - Mr. Ma picked us up at the hotel and drove us to Mutianyu, helped us buying the tickets and to get to the shuttle bus. Was waiting for us to drive us back then to a restaurant that we chose for dinner. Additional service was to buy tickets online for us for the forbidden city that we visited the next day and to make calls to the restaurant and organized a driver for the next day to summer palace and forbidden city. We were 4 adults and for us it was the most efficient and comfortable way to see within a short period many highlights. Thanks to Mr. Ma for the excellent service and Miles for the help to plan this trip, it was easy to communicate via telephone or email

Marvin our driver - We are a family of three. Our driver, picked us up from the airport yesterday. Everything went wry smoothly. Marvin picked us up today and we went to the Great Wall (mutianyu). Marvin was on time, and gave us great instructions when we arrived at the wall. I highly recommend Marvin.

Hassle free trip to the Gt Wall - this is a great way to visit the wall hassle free. contacted Miles via email. given prices and details of trip. answered question . great communication . given name and mobile of English driver. Marvin. who was great. picked our own collect time from hotel. was able to changed drop off on the return . we went to Tienanmen sq. Thanks Marvin. RMB750. At the wall 1.5 hrs drive. Marvin who had a VIP pass was able to drive straight up to the village to buy ticket for the up/down rout we choose. by passing the shuttle bus route . gave Marvin the money to buy our tickets up by the cable car /to watch tower 14 walk to watch tower 6 .down by the toboggan .total RMB520. much easier to do the route this way as most of the walk between is down hill .and Martin was there to meet us when we returned 4 hrs later at Subway shop. we bough lunch before we went up Thank you Miles/Marvin fabulous day. and hassle free. would recommend 5stars

Great tour to Mutianyu - Our driver was Mr James and he was great. He had lots of water, fresh apples, sweets and two beers in his car - so it was all perfect! He picked us up at our hotel and brought us to Mutianyu. Mr James is a very polite man and a good and safety driver! He brought us directly to the cable car station and buyed the tickets for us, so we had no problems with it. We enjoyed the trip to the wall at its best! If you want to go to the wall, ask Miles Meng for Mr James! Big thanks to him for the lovely ride!

Excellent service once again by Miles' Car Service - This is the second time we have used Miles' Car Service. We were once again impressed by the promptness with which Miles responds to our email queries (in English) with information and confirmation of arrangements. On the day of the private trip to the Great Wall, driver Mr Qian ("David") arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule and to drive our party of 6 to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. David provided excellent service throughout the long drive to and from the wall, providing insight and advice on experiencing Beijing. Although we conversed with him primarily in Mandarin, he was able to understand and speak some English as well. Unlike some other tour services, David did not at any time suggest (let alone pressure us into) shopping or dining at any particular location. Overall, we would highly recommend Miles' Car Service.
