Ascend the park’s hill to behold a panoramic view of the Forbidden City, especially breathtaking on a clear day. Beihai Park (Beihai Gongyuan) - Explore Beihai Park, one of the most ancient and impeccably maintained imperial gardens in the heart of the city. With a history spanning over a millennium, this garden has withstood the test of time through the Liao, Jin, Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties, showcasing the quintessence of classical Chinese garden design. Meander through the gardens, capturing memorable photographs, and revel in the seasonal blossoming of peach, begonia, bauhinia, and magnolia flowers.
