  • National Center for the Performing Arts - You will be picked up by the private tour guide and head to the National Grand Theater which is also called “The Egg” because of its shape. It is an ellipsoid dome of titanium and glass surrounded by an artificial lake. At night, there is a light show which is the great moment to take pictures.

  • Galaxy SOHO - After that you will visit the Galaxy SOHO which is a large and comprehensive business building located at the northwest corner of Chaoyangmenqiao of Dong’er Huan in Beijing. It is one of SOHO China Ltd.’s projects and designed by the well-known international architect and Plizker winner Zaha Hadid, constructed by CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION. You will just quick stop for taking a photos from distance.

  • The Place - After that drive to the Place featuring a huge overhead LED screen (its said that it is the biggest digital screen in the world), is a large compound mixing shopping mall, restaurants and office buildings. Wonder around this area and just take some photos of the huge Let Eyes Dizzying screen.

  • CCTV New Mansion - After that drive to the CCTV new headquarter and it is for the China Central Television. Rem Koolhaas and Ole Scheeren of OMA were the architects in charge for the building, while Arup provided the complex engineering design. It has a nickname of “Big Pans” for its shape. You can stop and take some photos and the guide will provide you some information of this building.

  • Niaochao National Stadium - After that drive to the Beijing National Stadium - more often referred to as the Bird’s Nest Stadium - took five years to complete and was constructed using 42,000 tons of steel, making it the largest steel structure in the world.

While if you are not interested in the night view for modern building you can also visit some old city such as wonder at the Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing street for snack street; Houhai hutong or Nanluoguxiang hutong and courtyard. It was designed as the main stadium of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The Olympic events of track and field, football, weight throw and discus were held there.

Beijing night tour - Must see tour! A night tour of Beijing is such a cool and different experience from the day time. Justin was great and his English is literally perfect, ask for him!

Private night tour Beijing - Steven Lee did a great job showing us the lights of Beijing even though celebrations for the 70th anniversary were still going on and crowds were large. We had a great time and the view of the “birds nest” and CCTV building memorable.
