You will learn how to make fillings, create dumpling wrappers, and fold them beautifully. Dumplings are not the only dish on the menu; you will also learn to cook two more delightful dishes to enhance the meal with local flavors (Kung Pao Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork or scrambled egg with tomato; Sautéed soy sauce cabbage or green bean pork).
