- Beauly Priory - Founded in the 13th century as a monastery for the Valliscaulian order of monks from Dijon, France, Beauly Priory was destroyed by Oliver Cromwell’s forces in the 16th century. For centuries, it served as the burial site for the chiefs of Clan Fraser and Mackenzie and their families. It also has an Outlander connection, as it is where Claire met the Seer.

- Clava Cairns - A visit to Clava Cairns allows entry into two of the three cairns. This 4,000-year-old Bronze Age cemetery inspired Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series, featuring the Cleft stone and stone circles surrounding the cairns.
- Culloden Battlefield - The Battle of Culloden in 1746 was the last battle fought on British soil. Visitors can walk around the main areas of the battlefield where the heaviest fighting occurred, with a guide providing insights into the Jacobites and the battle.
