Fun buggy ride - Our guide was a petite very friendly young lady. She knew a whole raft of information about Beaufort being a local herself. Tyler was great and Felipe did his best to get us around town with no mishaps. Would recommend taking a carriage tour with this company as it is easy to find parking and location of site is in the marina area. Mention your tour at the Chocolate Tree located in downtown area and get yourself a box of the kind of chocolates Tom Hanks always stops in for when in town. You get a complimentary chocolate sand dollar treat for just mentioning Southrun Rose tour if you don’t want a box

Fun history experience through Beaufort - We had a fantastic tour with Tyler, our guide, and Link, our horse. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Link did a great job pulling our carriage…and sported his hat with ATTITUDE! Highly recommend this tour.

Excellent Tour Guide & Experience! - We did a buggy tour with our immediate family the day before our wedding in Beaufort. Tyler and Link were informative, hilarious, and heart warming. Tyler's knowledge of the local area was extremely impressive, and her story telling skills made for a magical experience. The way she told the story about Robert Smalls brought tears to my eyes. Her bond with the horse, Link, was adorable.

Excellent tour through the historical district - Our tour guide was excellent. He gave us an historical rundown of all the homes, streets, green spaces, and waterways. He threw in some pop culture with movie references like Forrest Gump, the Big Chill, the prince of tides, and Glory. He guided our horse carefully, gently, and safely through the beautiful streets. It was money well spent.
