Fulfilled expectations - The tour was all what we expected based on the website description and some reviews. It is a long day tour with a fair amount of walking on each city. At the end of the day we were exhausted but satisfied with the experience. The bus was comfortable and the ride between cities was smooth. The crew was very friendly and accommodating. Our only criticism is that live guide tried too hard to make it "fun", hence sense of humor was off-putting and delivery of historical data over long at times. Definitely recommended.

Tour in rainy day - We recently took a tour to Bruges, and it was absolutely worth it. Our guide, Josefine, was a delight. She was very friendly, kept a good humor despite the rain, and displayed a deep knowledge of all the tourist spots. We were traveling with our 2-year-old son, and everything went smoothly. Josefine was incredibly patient, ensuring everyone had a great time. Highly recommended!

Best thing we did in Brussels - Stefan was the absolute best guide! I cannot recommend this tour enough. To start, Bruges and Ghent are utterly beautiful. The tour hits all the highlights in the city and gave great commentary. We had a decent amount of time to explore on our own. I definitely recommend springing for the boat tour as it was so pretty. If you are looking for something to do while in Brussels, I highly suggest this tour.

The whole trip was good.... - The whole trip was good. I felt the narrative was too long winded by the guide. However amazing architecture and good background description. I would recommend that all if your guides should either wear a uniform or at least have a banner that can be seen from a distance. It is easy to separate from the group because there are so many other groups and the guides were difficult to distinguish from the crowds.

Lovely cities . Need more time to explore. - Architectures and Buildings were lovely! Guiding was more French than English. The agency could have kept the group to English speaking as 40 participants out of 46 were English speaking. Meeting points during the tour could be more prominent landmarks that can be easily identified.
