Awe-inspiring day revisiting history! - We just had the most amazing day touring all of the D-Day points of interest. Our tour guide Matt was passionate, knowledgeable, energetic and entertaining. One of the best small group tours we’ve ever experienced. The day ended at the stunningly beautiful American cemetery where we witnessed the lowering of the flags and taps. It was the perfect finish leaving us with perspective and respect for our fallen heroes. Thank you Matt! Would give 10 stars if it were an option!

Great Itinerary, awesome guide - Our full day tour with Matt significantly exceeded our expectations. We visited Pont du Hoc, Utah Beach, Saint-Mere-Eglise, Angoville au Plain, Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery. Beyond describing the facts of military strategies pertaining to each site Matt has done extensive research to be able to describe the human side of D-Day an Normandy in general, including anecdotes about both German and Allied troops. Very informative, enjoyable, and emotional. I can't imagine a better guide than Matt

Informative and respectful - Jon guided us through the American beaches on a rainy day. He impressed with detailed descriptions of the battles, using historical photographs to put faces to the names of the heroes. We did not visit the museums at the stops yet we came away understanding how the battles unfolded at the beaches. The rainy day was fitting for the somber nature of the tour. Visiting the American cemetery and witnessing the flag ceremony was profound, reinforcing our respect for the historic event. Excellent tour and guide. Highly recommend.

Second trip and would do it again. - This was a great trip to Normandy. I had been previously so I had a level of expectations, but John did a fantastic job of explaining and diving deep into the history there. It was a good mix of talking and allowing room for exploration. We felt like we had a pretty good handle on our experience.
