Great tour! - Our driver Nathan was so helpful and kind. Seeing the sloths, monkeys and parrots was so fun! The beach was beautiful! We sampled lots of chocolate and rum!

Fun trip - This was so much fun! Cynthia, our driver was amazing! Loved the stop with the monkeys and birds. The beach was fun, water was calm and clear and the food was good. Honduras is beautiful!

Amazing day in Honduras!!! - It was a great experience and Phil our guide was absolutely fantastic!!! This is a perfect blend of activities and the beach is absolutely gorgeous.

Cynthia is the BEST! - Cynthia was our family’s personal tour guide. She was absolutely amazing at showing us the island, giving us history and what life is like living in Roatán. We went to see the monkeys and sloths. Irwin was our personal guide through the sanctuary, he was funny personable and answered all of our questions. Next we did chocolate tasting, I don’t really like dark chocolate but the coconut flavored chocolate was absolutely amazing so you can imagine what how the milk chocolate tasted. They donate a portion of the sales to help save the endangered jaguars. Then we went to West Bay Beach. Hands down most beautiful beach! People swimming up to you for drinks, we had a personal server that waited on us on the beach for food and drinks, there was free wifi available and there are showers and places to change! I do have to throw in there that I had the best hamburger I have ever tasted from the restaurant on the beach. I was not expecting that all all, but very pleasantly surprised! All the food ordered was delicious and you won’t go wrong ordering anything! Last Cynthia took us to do rum tasting. You can’t go wrong with any of the rum cakes or rum itself. They all were absolutely delicious. If I could give this tour and our guide a million stars I absolutely would. We were so grateful for Cynthia and how amazing she was with myself, husband and four kids! I can’t say enough amazing things about her. When we go back to Roatan we are going to request her!!! Looking forward to going back to this beautiful island!

Good private tour - 5. We got everything that was included. Our guide was private and very friendly. He was on time and very attentive. We had a good experience and we highly recommend it.

David was an excellent... - David was an excellent tour guide! He was professional, and taught us a lot about the city during our drive. He made sure we knew where to meet him after each stop, what time we would need to leave to make it back to our port on time, and catered to requests we had along the way.
The monkey/sloth sanctuary was so cool, and we got some great photos with the animals, which appeared to be very well cared for. The beach resort was beautiful, and the service was top notch! I highly recommend this tour, and David, to anyone considering it.

overall, recommended! Especially if you get Tonya!! - Tanya, our driver was excellent. She even helped us find a pharmacy for some pain medication for my friend that had broken her arm two days earlier. She showed us some great views and gave some excellent food recommendations. Our guide at the Monkey Sloth park was also helpful and excellent. The chocolate factory was mi Tnimal, you could taste the chocolate, but we couldn't buy any because we had no way of keeping it from melting! The rum factory was nice, lots of samples and we bought some treats to take home. The beach was nice, however the beach waiters were scarce and the food service was slow. They were very prompt with beer/beverage orders at least!!

Best of Roatán tour - Overall the tour was a great highlights of Roatan tour. It was good not being with a large group tour with the cruise line. We had a personal guide, Emmanuel who took us to see sloths and monkeys, the rum factory, chocolate shop and to a beach resort for beach time. The rum factory and chocolate stop are just fillers and not really worth the time. The directions to where we were to meet our guide were very good until we got outside the security gate. Then it becomes mass chaos with all the tour companies and vendors trying to get your attention. It is hard to know what to do. Luckily a nice man offered to help us get across the street and we found the tour company reps. We were introduced to our guide and he told us to follow him to his car which was parked near by. This is when we started to get worried as we seemed to walk quite a ways to get to his car down narrow streets with cars whizzing by. I was with my two adults children and worried that I had been scammed and this could end badly. Luckily we got to his vehicle which was his personal car and saw the sights. Emanuel told us a lot about the island and took care of everything at each of our stops and let us set the pace. It ended up being nice having our own private guide and being able to move on our own schedule. Suggest that the guide provides credentials or at least wears some type of uniform for the tour company, parks closer to the meet up spot and explains how far we needed to walk to find his car. Luckily we had no issues with walking over uneven surfaces.
The sloths and monkeys were amazing, even though you can no longer hold the sloths. We also enjoyed the access to the beach resort with beach lounger, changing rooms and free WiFi. They had food and a bar available but we did not try anything there.
Overall we enjoyed our experience and our brief time in Roatan.

Skip the middle part! - Our tour guide Samantha was amazing! I didn’t realize that this was a private tour which was awesome! The monkey and sloth sanctuary was amazing! Great photos and educated staff. The next two stops (chocolate factory and rum stop) were not worth it at all. The chocolate “tour” was less than 5 minutes long. At the rum factory you get to taste a small piece of rum cake and you are done! The stop at Henry Morgan was nice. The beach there is gorgeous and the hotel has lots going on.
