Great trip to visit a dream lagoon and make new friends - Did the Portillo-Inca Lagoon, had a wonderful time, Nano (our guide/driver guy) was great, I highly recommend this trip. I met new people and make new friends. The only thing I can complaint about, it was that I was staying at a hotel close to airport, and they couldn't pick me up from the hotel.

Obviously in summer the lack of snow makes the scenery probably not as majestic as it is in winter - This trip up the Pass was one i 'had" to do from my bucket list, but unfortunately had to be taken without snow being on the mountains. There was only us on the tour. The driver was on time and friendly. The mini bus was modern and clean. Unfortunately the drive to the Pass had little interest and the lack of snow on the Pass and at the Lake took away much of grandeur of the views shown on photographs taken in winter The Ski Hotel restuarant with Lake views was open for lunch at reasonable prices. In summary unless you want or and have to take the trip in Summer it may not be the spectacular trip you are looking for.

very disappointing - Paid $240 US dollars to go to a snow field, all there was, was a few ice sheets, it was nothing like the advertised photo. To take my girlfriend, that has never seen snow there was a real let down. I would say hasn’t been snow their for 2 months and yet you are still selling this as a snow field experience.
