Batu Caves is a hilly terrain made of limestone, showcasing three primary caves along with several smaller ones. This ancient temple, which has been around for a century, is adorned with various idols and statues, nestled inside the main caves and scattered around it. The inside of the premises features limestone structures believed to be approximately 400 million years old.
Genting Highlands is a comprehensive hilltop resort encompassing shopping centres, amusement parks, and casinos. It can be reached by two separate cable cars; the Genting Skyway, recognized upon its inauguration as the world’s quickest and Southeast Asia’s longest gondola lift, and the more recent Awana Skyway. The First World Plaza’s indoor theme park was temporarily shut down, but its attractions such as SnowWorld, Genting Bowl, and Video Games Park, located within the plaza, re-established operations in February 2018. A teaser of the upcoming indoor amusement park named ‘Skytropolis Funland’ was presented.
