Additional Information

Batu Caves, a renowned and highly visited spot in Selangor, is famous for its Hindu temple and shrine. It draws in tons of worshippers and sightseers, aside from its challenging 272-step climb up to witness the breathtaking panorama of the city centre. The area is also home to monkeys who delightfully play around the caves.

Situated just beyond the Kanching Recreational Forest on the way from Rawang towards Kuala Lumpur Trunk Road is Templer Park. Spanning approximately 1200 hectares, it lies about 7km from the Rawang town. Visitors may like to extend their exploration for another 40 minutes to reach the gorgeous waterfalls.

Kuala Selangor stands out as one of the unique spots worldwide where guests can view the harmonized blinking of fireflies. Here, visitors have a chance to learn about the local black silver leaf monkeys. The experience is capped off with a journey to witness the night sky adorned with serene clusters of firefly-like bugs that earn this tour its fitting name: ‘A Night of Thousand Stars’.
