• Batu Caves - Batu Caves is a limestone hill featuring a series of caves and cave temples, situated in the Gombak district, 13 kilometers (8 miles) north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It derives its name from the Sungai Batu or Batu River, which flows by the hill. The nearby village is also named Batu Caves. This site is one of the most renowned Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan. It serves as the focal point for the Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia. Known as the 10th Caves or Hill for Lord Muruga, it is among the ten most significant shrines in India and Malaysia. The Lord Murugan statue at the base of Batu Caves is the second tallest Hindu deity statue globally, standing at an impressive 42.7 meters (140 ft.). The limestone forming Batu Caves is estimated to be around 400 million years old.

One of the temple’s most recognized landmarks is a nine-story Pagoda, adorned with images of Buddha and thousands of blessing lamps. Visitors can climb the steps to the top of the pagoda, where they are greeted with panoramic views of the mountain. Within the temple grounds are gigantic statues of Buddha and Kuan Yin, as well as intricate sculptures of animals and inscriptions of ancient Chinese traditions and beliefs. This temple is visible from the cable car on the way to the top.

• First World Plaza - First World Plaza is a shopping mall at Genting Resort that adjoins SkyAvenue at the peak of Genting. The complex houses several tourist attractions, including Skytropolis Funland, Snow World, and Senikome Peng Heng. In terms of shopping, there are over 30 retail outlets along with restaurants and cafes to explore. The mall is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.
