The excursion was okay... - The excursion was okay overall, but it didn’t fully meet our expectations. Our driver was friendly and genuinely nice, but he didn’t seem very familiar with the site he was showing us, which made it hard to get the information we were hoping for. There were also some language barriers that made communication a bit challenging. In the end, we decided to end the tour early.

Cancelled at the last minute - After 30 minutes waiting at the entrance of our hotel, we end up calling the number associated with the exit. The person tells us that he will not be able to ensure this exit, he offers to postpone to the next day but we cannot and are angry enough. The person tells me that we will then be refunded but to date no refund has been made.
