Bath walking tour, followed by morning pick up to Stonehenge, and Salisbury. - Daniel Hancock was a terrific tour guide! He was open to any changes we needed to make and was very easy to speak with. Daniel has a wonderful style of presenting a lot of info and history in a very entertaining and approachable manner. There were five of us friends , and we all agreed that we would highly recommend Daniel.

Excellent guide and driver - Five friends had a wonderful and informative afternoon tour of Bath beginning with an incredible view of the city. Daniel is informative and has a wonderful sense of humor. Our walking tour was full of insights and knowledge of a native born. Spring Equinox at Stonehenge followed by Salisbury Cathedral was a perfect day.

Best tour ever!! - I have been on a lot of tours but Daniel was the best. We had him for the entire day with a walking tour of Bath and then onto Stonehenge. Daniel was so knowledgable and prepared with pictures and videos. It rained for most of the walking tour but he had umbrellas. His stories of his travels was great!! Very personable and fun to spend the day with. He is very flexiable with your time if you need to adjust. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS BOOKING WITH HIM!!

Trip Worth Waiting For - Daniel is the real deal! My mum and I had a full day with Bath, Salisbury, and Stonehenge and our guide was charming, fun, knowledgeable, organized, and frankly exactly what we had hoped for. No question this was the highlight of our trip to the UK. Daniel reverently and effortlessly helped take care of my 81-year-old mother so that she had the trip of a lifetime - never felt like we were a burden, rather, more like family. The walking tour of Bath was wonderful, hitting all the historical (and, yes, Bridgerton) spots with true local expertise. Our view of the amazingly beautiful city was the capper for the morning as we saw amazing bath from on high. Salisbury Cathedral was stunning and a few hours of history, story telling, and amazement. Fun lunch at a 700-year-old pub with Lola as our hostess! The driving time was fun with lots of history, stories, laughs, and sharing of music. Finally the best part of our trip was the after-hours visit to Stonehenge. Daniel did a masterful job of balancing sharing history and perspective, guiding us to key locations, and letting us experience the hugeness of the monument. Awesome views and time spent at Stonehenge. Yep, my mum and I are fans of Daniel as you might notice! He customized our trip perfectly and I just wish we had a couple more days with him. My advice? Be careful what you wish for because with Daniel you're going to get it. Top notch tour, guide, and gentleman. Cheers Daniel.

Best way to tour Bath - Daniel was fantastic from the moment I first emailed until the moment he dropped us off. First off, he is very knowledgeable and a local Bathonian. He knows the ins and outs of Bath and its surrounds. A surprise stop for an impromptu breakfast in a 700 year old inn that was fantastic is one of the few surprises we got throughout our trip. Second, the booking process was great. He was patient with questions, helpful with all the answers, and we actually finalized our plans while he was on his own vacation! Third, he is genuinely pleasant to be around (which is so important!). We loved talking about England, sports, traveling, and of course Bath and Stonehenge! He made our last day in England truly memorable.

How to get the most out of one day in Bath - OMG Dan was awesome! Take this tour! Dan is a knowledgeable native. He gives a multimedia tour of Bath and Stonehenge starting from 860 BC through to modern filming crews in Bath. As the three of us strolled though Bath, Dan covered the growth of this resort town through the centuries. He stopped at a doorway then showed us a clip from Brigerton filmed there; the bridge where Russel Crowe jumps to his death in Les Miserables; and the clip of a runaway delivery truck damaging that same bridge “; a picture of WWII damage to the Francis Hotel; the significance of pigs and acorns seen around town. He covers it all from the Roman baths to Georgian society to Jane Austen scenes to famous people who visited Bath to where you get the best fudge. We then drove out of Bath to lunch at a wonderful pub on our way to Stonehenge. Once again Dan easily summarized the current theories of the meaning of this mystical place and the surrounding burial mounds. You won’t regret spending the day with Dan. He even gave me, the trip organizer ,a gift!
