A fascinating walk around Bath - To be honest, I wasn't sure I'd stick with this; I thought I might try a tour for half an hour or so and then peel off if it didn't tick my boxes. I was worried that it would be dry and a bit 'ambley' and hard to hear. It was a crowded Easter Saturday and there were LOTS of people when I arrived. But there were plenty of guides and I was lucky enough to be put in Adrian's group. He was brilliant right from the start - assured and clear and passionate about his subject - and so was the tour; my worries were very quickly dispelled and I stayed 'til the end and beyond, to ask more questions. Adrian was so knowledgeable and articulate, and he led the whole thing at a good pace with humour and enthusiasm and an obvious desire to give everyone a special experience. He was very open to questions and banter and he broke down some of the barriers which strangers in a group often feel. I would very definitely recommend the tour as a great thing to do, because it really brought the history of Bath to life for me and helped me appreciate what an amazing place this is.

Brilliant - Thank you Andrew Clark for such an enlightening tour of Bath yesterday. Should have done this years ago. Great to learn more about the city where one of our ancestors eloped with Elizabeth Linley
