Really cool tour, it was our first and really started off the trip on a high note. Being able to experience the Rick house like we did and thieving straight from the barrel made the experience noteworthy. Our guide Grover was super cool and really made the experience special.

Staff was welcoming and warm from start to finish. They were super knowledge and allowed for a fun atmosphere to treat some of the best juice around. Cannot wait to go back!

Had a great time, our tour guide was informative and fun and answered our questions readily. The facility was well laid out and such an interesting history. The only problem I personally had was the acoustics made it very difficult to hear clearly. I am a bit older but have relatively good hearing. The vaulted ceilings, I guess, made it difficult to hear everything. I will definitely recommend the tour to my friends and family.

It was a wonderful experience. Enjoyed the smaller group setting and even getting to pick one of the barrels for the tasting!

I chose this rating because the tour, the history, the knowledge, and the explaination about New Riff was really great. Overall it was nice as it was explained during the tour "A new riff on an Old Song". Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you
